Typical "but the chart says", "the figures say" idiocy by white shirts that just look at a paper full of literal data and draw completely incorrect conclusions because they really don't know anything about the industry they are in other than there is money there at the moment.
@Mo60 All of them if you have good enough hardware. If the developer does something stupid like lock it to 30 the cap can be hacked out most of the time.

This industry has had the massive anchor of CoD, Madden, Asscreed and Mountain Dewritos fad gamers tied around it's neck for 7 years now. It has to learn to exist without pandering to the people here only because their friends are doing it and it's the hip thing to do.
God knows how terrible it will be for variety if used sales get monopolized by Sony and Microsoft next gen and then PC gets dragged down because of it.
People need to reject the Xbox One totally immediately and do not support it any way no matter what games or perks they trot out to try and bribe consumers or you will see this kind of anti consumer/privacy crap pop up in EVERYTHING and become a lot worse. This is the precedent and a message needs to be sent now or freedom is screwed.
