Yeah, it seems Turn 10 came into the game gunning for Poly and GT. It's even evident this gen with their "Forza 3 will look better than GT5" statement. We really don't know what Poly is doing and if it can be classified as "catch up". It's not like they've been released installments in conjunction with Turn 10 the entire time. The only feature missing from GT4 that Forza clearly outdid it was online. That was HUGE last gen, and the PS2 wasn't popular for online.Edit: I just saw your edit and I hope you're really not trying to compare review and features for Prologue and Forza 2 lol. Come on that's like comparing COD4 and the Halo 3 beta.
Poly:--- They got complacent with no direct competition
--- They didn't provide online as the PS2 didn't have a built in modem and it wasn't extremely popular
