The list of games on their website isn't very enticing. More importantly, it's the countless games that aren't there which bring 3rd party support into question. Developers have already been making a long list of games that either aren't coming out on the switch or are highly unlikely.
Also, developers have been very adamant about wanting good hardware so that they aren't limited. While having lower hardware specs might make sense for something that doubles as a handheld, being able to make AAA games to play on-the-go won't be worth it to developers if it's a pain to make (or if it sells poorly, which multiplatform games on a nintendo system tend to do).
I would say "let's wait and see", but that's what people did with the Wii U and we all know how that turned out.
I remember an article on here when the Ark devs were talking about a potential ps4 version. Everybody in the comments was like "thank god sony doesn't allow in-development games on its console" or "early access is stupid; we only play complete games". Meanwhile, Ark (which is still in-development) is at the top of the charts. That's in addition to other games that aren't actually in full release like 7 Days to Die (which the devs made special promotion deals with sony for) and Paragon.
It pushed for nudity for the same reason Hatred pushed for its AO rating...to takes people's eyes away from fact that the gameplay is pretty shallow. Every stream I watch makes it look like almost every other survival game and what new stuff it does add to the genre is hardly worth raving about.
@titang1: If I'm not mistaken, the two directors of the first film were some of his trainers from the Matrix films. They are really good friends of his and Keanu pushed them to get into directing because he knew they would do well.
