You sound like a Sony REPRESENTATIVE,the quality of the video is way better but the graphic still look well..not that good.McdonaIdsGuy
lol and you sound like a Microsoft Reporter.. Anyways, the game does look GOOD, its just to short to form any proper opinion on the visuals. We haven't seen enough to tell.
[QUOTE="McdonaIdsGuy"][QUOTE="Eyezonmii"][QUOTE="McdonaIdsGuy"] Thats his damage control..why show an older version if you have a better and running 1? :) You obviously have no idea of how developers show there titles. IT CALLED PROGRESSION, since the game is still new in dev, they will show of the early stuff and work there way up, revealing more and more as we get closer to the release date (for hype)....why in the end would they show the new stuff now? they show bits and pieces, to NOT spoil. Epic showed 1 the best parts of gears 2 in their trailers..why not the same with GOW3? lol, best part? which trailer is this? the stuff they showed was all close to the release date....when is GOW3 due out, again? Besides this isn't epic.
[QUOTE="Eyezonmii"][QUOTE="Grady420"] I have a ps3 so what is my excuse for hating on GOW3? I know it is still early but with the bs that was being throwing I expected more graphics wise. And until we see different people have the right to voice their opinion about that lackluster trailer. I have nothing against Uncharted 2, top notch.Grady420
lol, you heard fanboy hype...and expected real-life graphics or something? Jaffe said it look like a painting come to life, it actually does look a lot like a painting, artistically, he also said this isn't the version he saw...and warned us. Jaffe obviously saw a better build and more of the game, something the public just can't see...so they are obviously holding things back for a later time. No it came from Jaffe and it does not look like what he said. I understand he claims he saw something different but it sounds more like damage control to me. If you have a better build then why not show that off, the trailer did not meet the hype he created. They are not obviously holding anything back, you don't know anything but what we all saw. And until we see otherwise then that is all we have to go by, not some pr hype.
Jaffe said what he saw looked CGI? news to me...as for what he saw, HIS DAVID JAFFE he can see more of the game and the better parts, we the public can't. Due to spoilers and overall video marketing...thats all saved for later as the game progresses to build hype and once we're closer to the release date. The game is still early in dev and you want them to show us the best parts? yeh right....this is just a small taste. Stop judging like you have played the final game. gsus
[QUOTE="thetruespin"]people will say uncharted looks bad because it has more than 5 colors. People will say GOW3 looks crap because its not coming to their system end Grady420

First of all, Uncharted 2 looks MUCH better than the first, Cutscene/realtime-wise...(since it isn't gameplay) 2nd That god of War 3 footage is VERY impressive, IMO...notice the animations, live full envrioments (storms, blowing, trees, dark clouds) Character detail looks impressive and top notch too. I bet we haven't even the best looking bits, i'm sure the game will have its WOW moments, we just haven't seen much to judge the graphics as a whole. ..8 sec clip, come on. Also it does look a lot like a painting..concerning the artistic approach...i like it.
