- Fashion: Blue overalls with red shirt and red cap. I dunno, just feels comfy. - Food: Mostly different colored mushrooms, but I need to be real careful with the color since some mushrooms come at me trying to eat me instead. - Music: I don't relly listen to music, but some weird beep tunes are playing in my head nearly all the time. - Games: Sometimes I feel like my whole life is all just a big game. EDIT: Bah! This message editor always screws up my formatting, combining the lines even though I pressed Enter in between.
Oneiros, a Troll Death Knight on Chamber of Aspects as well as a cast of other chars in the mix. Quit playing about a month ago. Still have paid time left until april but I haven't looked back even once.
+1 to deleting WoW. You may suffer the post-traumatic stress, but I did the same to my friend's pr0n collection, and it's certainly helped him for the better :)End0mOrPhinE
I had my Wii in unused (in standby) for about 3 weeks or a month. Turned it back on and both my Wii remotes had empty batteries. Haven't intentionally tried to do it afterwards so I'm not sure how regular the battery draining is.
Good question. Been playing a lot of iPhone games, not too many of the Wiiware ones. I guess there's a lot of coding to make the games work on Wii. Who's going to contact the developers of the games? Who's going to contact Nintendo? I think there might be too much bureaucracy there to make it worthwhile in real life. As an idea that would be brilliant.
I noticed that if my Wii is on standby mode it will drain the batteries on Wii remotes even if the buttons on them are never touched. As I understand it they're not supposed to have any contact during that time. Of course it's not too hard to shut down Wii entirely when done gaming, but still I'd like to know if the battery draining is intentional.
Ditto.. If batteries are running low it disconnects every now and then. Shut down the console for a day or two and the batteries might work nicely through the next gaming sesison, let's say an hour or two after which the next time they'll start disconnecting heavily before dying totally.
After reading this site this morning I decided to take a look at the local gamestore and to my amazement I saw a lot of old games there in new boxes, like for example King's Quest the whole series in one, and many others. Took a brief look at the backside of the KQ box and it said "First time on Win2k and XP". Don't know about Vista but it sure looks like old games are coming back strongly.
