@dominoodle No, you're comparing a free game to a non-free game. He was voicing his opinion and/or preference between two games, albeit different genres,at the same price point.

While I will admit that some of this is just PR BS, you have to admit they have a point. There are plenty of new IP's with awesome new ideas that just don't catch on for one reason or another. You take the same game, re-skin it familiar characters, and sites will claim it's the most innovative game they have played in years.

Nintendo may not take many risks when it comes to software, but they sure as hell do when it comes to hardware. Now, In a perfect world, they would do both, effortlessly and flawlessly. But if we lived in that perfect world, there would be a PC that played every console game as well as PC exclusives.

Nintendo's real "Trouble" with nostalgia is that it's SO FUCKING PROFITABLE!

$500 should get you in the door, with room to spare. E3 will be full of information this year.

@GameBeaten Also been thinking about a gaming PC. With some developers saying that the PS4 has "off the shelf" parts, I might as well get a jump on things. I still enjoy certain things about consoles that I won't get to experience with PC's, so I'd never pick one over the other.
