@blindbsnake It's true, Game devs have been given a diversity criteria to stick by if they want subsidies.: Laura Towler goes into it on her Youtube page.

I have nothing against female characters, or lesbian female characters. etc. I am a very liberal person. I just don't want politics being pushed in games, books, movies etc.

We enjoy these things to escape the real world for a short time. Theres a time and a place for politics. I just dont want it in our games.

The "woke" game won most of the awards. Theres a shocker.

Stalker is still my favourite pc game series. Its the reason i bought a moderately powerful rig. But as my PC is aging now, i hope this will be coming to consoles. Along with remakes or remasters of the previous 3 excellent Stalker games.

Sorry if this has already been addressed (i dont come here as often as i used to) but im sure the big question we are all asking is regarding the death of Aeris, is there a way to save her this time?

Although at the risk of sounding callous, it was not such a big thing for me, for some reason her death never really hit me as hard as other FF players, i was more upset when you learned that my all time favourite character, (Vivi from FF9) had a very short life expectancy :(

You had to love Vivi !!! I even bought my kid a vivi hat when she was a baby, which she always had on when i took her out in her pram!

I love the Souls series and difficult games in general, but think ive met my match with Sekiro. I was doing well until i came up against the first Shinobi Hunter miniboss called "Enshin" at Hirata estate.

Im simply too slow at reacting to the perilous attacks. I see the symbol, i start thinking "is it a sweep, thrust, or grab"? and by the time ive thought about it ive been murdered.

Recently i was playing an old classic "Alex Kidd in miracle world" on a Master System, (which i completed when i was a kid), I couldn't get anywhere on it this time.

im only 37, but i think my reactions are shot :| Are there any old gits like me who have beat this game? Id hate to hang up my controller, but im starting to consider it :(
