Goodbye 2007! Hello 2008!

First off, I like to show you my X-plorer guitar that recently was skinned:

i still prefer the GH 2guitar over the GH 3 Les Paul any day. I like the shape, the size and the fact it's an X-plorer Guitar. ;)

I also got these for xmas, collectable Sonic X figures:

Now what makes these statues special is the sheer size of them. For example the Knuckles figure - his head is bigger then my clenched fist. The stand 8 to 9 inches tall and are made pretty darn well. The perfect gift to a Sonic fan. :p they are sitting on my desk right now.

Oh, and for XmasI got a mesenger kit for my 360 (those things are highly recomended!)

The other day i used my gift card i got for xmas from a few friends, to get Dance Dance Revolution Universe, 360, used, just the game and a points card. I mainly got it for my sis who's been addicted to it oO (she got her own 360 for xmas) Now she wants the dance mat. oo

I did finally get to play some games that i got for xmas, so far being Rock Band and Scene it. I will prolly savor these games before moving onto something new. (gonna take me forever to get through all these games I own, where do you people find the time? xD) I've also been going through the Shawn Micheals Story:Heartbreak and Triumph Dvd set.

I've been under the weather since xmas eve soI haven't really played a vidoe game much at all. all these games have been unopened. xD I couldn't get out of bed for half of xmas day cause my body ached so bad. Luckily for me i got a 3 day weekend coming up. Just gotta get through work tommorrow.

Last night, I was able to achieve my goal, every possible pinata has been made resident in my garden. Now it's on to making everyone romance at least once, and then on to master romancer goals.

Oh, I sorta got early xmas gifts today. xD There was a sale at Gamestop for 20 bucks off 100 bucks in used games or more.

My xmas shopping is almost done, I just gotta get a few more things for my mom, one of which will be delivered tomorrow :)

Too bad gamerscore isn't money because with an increase of 610 points we could make some bank. Yay for 31 achievements! w00t! Oh, and from what I remember, Gamecamiller's favorite game last week was Viva Piñata. He played it on 5 of the days.

My 360 has a streak of 40 days now.

In Viva Pinata, all i got left is one mroe achievement, and two more pinatss. That darn parry bo still won't visit my garden. Man, that bird is a pain.

In Viva Pinata all I need left is a single achievement, the 50 hour game play mark, which I'll prolly get sometime later this week. My garden is around level 62 or so, and right now what i'm doing is romacning, master romancing and finding variants to species. :)

I still need to make 3 pinatas resident:

(which is the one I'm currently working on while I do other tasks, but the pesky bird won't even showup, even though both it's appear, visit and resident requirements are set.)

Also, while xmas shopping over the last 2 weeks,I picked up 3 games and bought a game off of a coworker of mine:

Odama, Complete, GCN, contents are pretty much untouched, outside box (the cardboard holding everything)is in pretty good shape, $11

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, Xbox 360, excellent shape - $9

And the game I bought off my Coworker - Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles, Wii, Only played twice by him (xD), so it's in excellent shape,$20

His reason for selling the game to me: He had no one to play with. Usually when he doesn't play a game anymore, he sells it (other then games like for his snes, and n64 and such consoles). So i said, "if you ever want to sell anythign else in the future keep me in mind." ;)

i've picked up playing Viva Pinata again, and literally only. got a couple of pinatas to make resident left, and only a few (5) achievements to go too.

All I need is an

and a Lackatoad.

O course i'll be playing long after I get the achievements.

Welcome to my new tuesday feature, The Recap. It details my gaming habits for the last week, any news, and other stuff I think is important to bring up that occured in the last 7 days. ;)

Gamecamiller's Xbox 360Weekly Recap - 12/3/2007

Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: You can't ask for a better week than when Gamecamiller shows up to play Seven days in a row!! Too bad gamerscore isn't money because with an increase of 1575 points we could make some bank. Yay for 61 achievements! w00t!

I feel a little spoiled getting 8 new games to play in the same week. With titles like Fuzion Frenzy 2, Carcassonne, Cars, Test Drive Unlimited, Eragon, BulletWitch, Civil War, and Open Season, who can go wrong with that right? Also, according to the records, Gamecamiller's favorite game last week was WAR TECH:SenkoNoRonde. He played it on 3 of the days.

I've been playing my Xbox 360for a consecutive 25 days.

The Xbox Fall Update was today, and so far I'm liking the changes - cept after downloading it Live lagged horribly - to the point my 360 kept freezing and had to be restarted a few times. I just unplugged the ethernet cord to give my 360 a break, and recently plugged it back in. My 360 is doing fine now. It's interesting how much they are cramming into Live, and the dashboard now and still keeping it so organized.

I have two questions for you guys and gals this week:

What part do you like most about the new update?

And

What part do you dislike most about the new update?

Also, I returned my defesctive Eragon copy to Gamestop today,a nd picked up a new copy (well it was leagally new because it was open and resealed! Darn Gamestop.) fortwo bucks extra. The game loads fine now with no freezes soI can finally finish the game and get the rest of my points I started on. Shoudln't take me too long. =P

I'm Shooting for 10,000 Gamerscore!
