Honestly, try out the Jak series, AND the Ratchet and Clan Series, especially Ratchet and Clank UYA, good game
Dark Cloud 2 is one of those games that is under appreciated, and it will last you 40+ hours guaranteed. Im not a fan of RPG's but this game has tremendous music and gameplay.
Try some wrestling games (Smackdown vs Raw 2006 or Smackdown HCTP) Wether your a fan or not, these games are good solo. its more fun online/ when you have friends over...if you have friends...just kidding.
Dark Cloud 2 was pretty long. I wish they made a part 3, the game was even called PS2's Zelda Killer.

I WOULD play Final Fantasy, but there have been so many FF's that I dont know where to start ( I want to be able to keep up with the story because its confusing at times)
My fault, butyou dont have to get all serious oversomething so small. The laser lens should last on the PS2, and at the price that its at now, I dont think you should worry about the PS3 until its well established.
I'm going to reinforce burnout. Pick either 3 or Revenge. it has an INSANE speed and INSANELY amazing crash models. If your a serious racing fan, youll find that theres no customization, but Burnout is the way to go- trust me and what everyone else says here.
I mean, its 2007, so there may not be as many players. But I want to know if its a good idea. I have games like NHL 2k5, Ratchet UYA, Nhl 2k6, EA NHL 04, Smackdown Vs Raw 2006, SSX 3, Burnout 3, Twisted MEtal Black, games like that. Whats your opinion?
First of all, thiis is easier said than done. With all the issues and commitment Sony needs for the PS3, it would be impossible to work with my PS2. Seondly, the PS2 is at its end days, give it another year or two, and it will cease to be mentioned as current gen. It's too late, and it would totally make Sony look desperate. Sony needs to focus on the PS3, not the PS2.
Perhaps, but since your such a bad kid (using pirated games and all) im not sure what may happen to THEIR Ps2. The reason is most likely because you are playing pirated games. That must suck lol
