[QUOTE="Tjeremiah1988"]my taskbar keeps disappearing after returning from a screensaver or sleep. The problem was present in the beta but didnt expect it to continue past that:

Here's a possible temporary fix. Temporary Fix(Does not solve the issue but brings back the taskbar) Right Click>Personalize>Screensaver>Preview(Now move the mouse immediately to kick out of the screen saver, the taskbar should be back.) Another Possible Fix. Try "Locking" the taskbar, this should stop it from disappearing. Let me know if any of those help.

I may be wrong so anyone correct me if I am.

x86(32) has a ram cap of 4gb, Factor in that you have a 1gb GPU and you will only ever be able to use 3 gigs of RAM with your PC.

x64 has a significant increase to RAM limit(Don't know the actual limit) you can have 6gigs or 8gigs, or more if your Mobo supports it. Overall eventually 64 bit will be the norm, So I suggest going with 64bit now to save you from having to do it later.

Once again if anyone has anything to add to my post or any corrections then please feel free.

amd dual core 4200

2 gb ram

sapphire hd4650 1gb

second: how do i know to choose 32, 64 or 86 bit?

Thanks!

First... Yes you can. Second... Depends on what you want. But x86 is the same as x32, so your only options are x64 or x86(32)

I wan't to upgrade to 6-8 Gigs of RAM, but I am unsure which ram I should get or exactly how much. Any suggestions?

If you can take advantage of any of the deals on the first post then it is definitely worth it. Otherwise I would probably still say it is worth it. Especially on Thanksgiving Weekend(Black Friday Deals) If you are a student you can get it for 30USD or free if your lucky.

Odd, I had Win Vista Home Premium 32bit and I did a custom install to Win 7 HP 64bit. It should work fine.... Maybe try re-installing Win Vista first? Anyone else have any ideas?
