So Much Has Been Done, So Little I Remember

Currently Watching - Cartoon Network - "Naruto"

IRL

Long time, no update. Just out of sheer laziness, as you’ll see with my lovely list of games that I’ve been playing. I bet I’ve forgotten a game or two to add for that matter. Oh well. Not like I haven’t done it before. So much has happened since November IRL, but my memory can’t sort out the pieces. Oh well. I’ll try again tomorrow night.

Animal Crossing: Wild World

I managed to get the last copy of this game at a Game Stop on 12/10/05! Booyaka! Well, my character is of course called “Maria.” The town is once again called “Twilight”. I have custom made 4 cosplay outfits thus far: “Lime” and “Cherry” from “Saber Marionette J,” “Nagi” from “Bloody Roar 4,” and “Kairi” from “Kingdom Hearts 1.” I’m also letting my little brother “Burton” room with me until he can get a copy of Wild World for himself. I’m trying to make an “apple orchard” (cherry is native here) since mortage is INSANE this time around. The animals have a “bit” more individuality this time around. Only a bit. My town flag consists of a heart broken in three pieces (red, blue, and purple), laced in gold, with two wings (one black, one white), crimson background and a border consisting of orange and yellow. PM me and I may consider giving you my friend code. -_^

Devil May Cry 3

Only on easy mode since I'm no good at these games. I forget which mission number it is, but I believe that the last thing I did was acquire the weapon "Nevan". Very nice boss btw. Not as hard as the fire and ice twins, but not the easiet thus far.

Final Fantasy X

Restarted (though I kept my first file, since I’m SO close to beating, not completing, the game) so I could have a better dvd to watch. I’m currently in Besaid about to meet Yuna.

Kingdom Hearts

Okay, I’ve gone from Traverse Town to Tarzan’s jungle. Next is to stop by Traverse Town once more to bolster my ship’s specs and head for the lovely deserts of Agrabah.

Mario Kart DS

I’ve gotten gold trophies on 50cc, 100cc, and 150cc. Currently working on Mirror Mode. Favorite racer thus far is Dry Bones, and my favorite cart is the Punisher. Look out for me on wi-fi! My emblem is of a heart in three pieces (red, blue, and purple), laced with gold. PM me, and I may give you my friend code. -_^

Lunar Legends

Wanted to record a gba game for once since I went through the trouble of buying a gameboy player for my gcn. I just finished my trial with the white dragon, Quark. Next is to participate in Burg’s festival and head out for the red dragon shrine. I believe that is the next dragon though there is much to do before that. ^^

Soul Calibur III

Type X is officially MINE!!! Didn’t have to pay 75k a piece either. To be truthful though, that outfit really makes these girls look FAT. I tried Cervantes’s ToS, but my fingers started to hurt from retrying too much. Better luck next time.

Prince of Persia: Two Thrones

This game is just too much fun. I haven’t laughed so much in a good while. I absolutely love the banter. Let’s see, the Vizier has kidnapped Farah and I fell when the bridge broke. I’ve changed into the Dark Prince and am currently scaling my way down. I keep running out of life during this whole thing unfortunately.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

I’m in the moats trying to follow Kaileena’s orders. I’ve come to a bit of a snag. Oh well, exploration necessary.

Trace Memory

Beat it once. Very straightforward. I’ll be trying to get everything the second time around.

Trauma Center: Under the Knife

This is one heck of an adrenaline pumper. I nearly bit off my family’s heads when they interrupted me while I was trying to pull out glass and suture lacerations before my patient hits the big 00. I forget the exact chapter number I’m on right now (never was good with details). My current task is to try and save 5 different patients in ten minutes who are suffering from the GUILT strain kyriaki, and I can only use the healing touch ONCE. I’ll keep at it though. ^^ I CAN DO IT!!!

Xenosaga

Restarted so I can get a “proper” dvd to watch. All the way up to right after the Foundation “beach” scene. I’ll be diving into KOS-MOS’s encephalon soon.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubador

I own a “1 copy per card deck.” A very rare deck choice. I forget exactly which chapter I’m currently on, but I believe I’m supposed to find Yami no Bakura and kick his butt in a yami no game. (I will not say shadow game!!! I do not support 4Kids!!!). I’ve fought him three times thus far and haven’t managed to win a single one. I’ll be able to move onto the next chapter once I have. Btw, I’m currently lvl. 14.

I've managed to get my room cleaned up a bit. That should stave off my mom for a while. I also squeezed in a little time to modify my video some more. I've managed to minimize the extent of shaking, but it still shakes at some parts. A little more tinkering and I should be ready to move on to the next step.

Just some measly stuff in the Soul Arena. Got rid of the vest on "Maria". She looks a lot better without it.

Kingdom Hearts

Completed the "Tutorial" and the "Destiny Islands" segments. About time I got around to recording this. ^^ 32 min long Destiny Islands segment. Yeesh. I fear the future segments...

Yet Another Alien Invasion. Can't They Bother Another Planet For Once?

Went and watched "Chicken Little" today. I give it a B-. Father/son troubles. Outcast of society. Media getting all over your arse for one measly "mistake". Aliens. Nice ending. Very funny. Familiar soundtrack. I also saw the original "War of the Worlds". All I can say is "Wow". There was more emphasis on an actual "war" rather than one man trying to survive with his family. There were a few things that REALLY irked me besides the typical stuff you'd expect from a '50's movie: 1.) There is no fricking way you can sit on a hill and watch an atom bomb explosion without getting sick or getting scarred. Not to mention that anyone with a front row seat is going to be COMPLETELY VAPORIZED. I know, I lived in Japan throughout elementary school and they made us read about Hiroshima every year. 2.) Religous references everywhere. It took God six days to create Earth and it'd take the aliens six days to destroy it. Everything about the aliens deals with 3's. (Although that could have a wiccan reference if ya think about it o_O). I prefer indirect religous references to the flat-out propaganda style. Oh well. (Yeah, I'm one of those people who wants "under god" out of the national anthem like it originally had been). 3.) Okay, you can expect this from a 50's movie, but it always irks me so badly. The female protagonist is a complete wuss. "It doesn't show" my grits! "Blood! Blood! No! Not blood!" Wuss. Wuss. WUSS. I also bought two cd albums while I was at the mall: Disturbed - "Believe" and Korn - "Issues".

Soul Calibur III

Played Astaroth's Tale of Souls. Decent ending. I prefer the correct version. Went shopping for female armor. Type X, unlock already dang it! Changed Maria's design to be more accurate to me. I wouldn't be caught dead in a skirt. ^^ I hope there's some short shorts to be unlocked since she's got long boots. I also gave her the woven vest, but I hate those tails. Argh! I really wish I had a body like my polygon copy. U_U I don't look anywhere near as good in those clothes.

I Won't Let Ya Pull Me Down!

Stupid me. Naruto is on Saturday nights, not Friday. Hehe. I'm pretty placid most of the time, but tick me off and HOO BOY! Sorry about that y'all. So many things going wrong yesterday. Blah blah blah. Enough excuses. Anyway I woke up feeling fine, but unable to fall back asleep. I went through the first half of my shift like a zombie. Then I took a nap during lunch break and BOING! Back in action! I came home. Finally got some food in mah stomach and some caffeine in mah veins. (I can't live without caffeine! MUST HAVE CAFFEINE!) Then I went to work at Blue-Eyed Angel. Total rehash restart. I've finished about half of the first twelve seconds in the song. Half because I've only finished the initial background layer. It took FOREVER to get the stars to move in a way that didn't seem too edgy. Unfortunately, KOS-MOS's face overlay is shaking. I'm going to try and see if I can make it stop shaking before I put on the rest of the overlays which are supposed to sync to the actual beat. Very tricky considering how "Haunted" plays.  I can't wait til I get to the chorus. Those will be the easiest sequences. 1~~~2~~~3. 1~~~2~~~3. 1~~~2~~~3~~4~~5~~6. Unlike this 1~~~~2~~~~3~~~4~5~1~~~~2~~~~3~~~4~5-6 I have to work with. Blech. Then there's that weird part later with 1~2~3~~~~~~~~~3~. At least I know what to put there. ^^ Oh, I also checked up some online German dictionaries so I can change the title to "Der Blaue Engel" which is s'posed to mean "The Blue Angel". If anyone's fluent and can confirm this for me, it would be much appreciated! ^___^

Soul Calibur III

I beat the 6th Chronicle, "The Moon Wears Silver Armor". Went shopping. Did a little training, so I can get my fingers to move faster to keep up with the pace of a more experienced fighter. Still nowhere near there. ^^;

Radiata Stories

I haven't started an "official" file. I just went crazy with it until I gamed over. It is indeed quite funny, but I was so frigging tranqued at 4 am, so many humor scenes didn't affect me too much. "This is your room." "NOOOOOOOOO!" "If you're done with the death wails, come inside." "Fine." LOL. Dude, W-T-?! Ridley and Jack Russell (Terrier) remind me of Lulu and Tidus from Final Fantasy X. The cold-hearted witch and the idiot. Tres classique!

WT?! Now I Definitely Need A New Mouse!

I HATE THIS STUPID TOUCHPAD! I'M FINALLY FEELING WELL ENOUGH TO POST IN HERE AND THE STUPID THING CLICKS ON THE CASTLEVANIA AD WHEN I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SUBMIT! I'LL MAKE THIS SHORT!

1.) I haven't been feeling well all day and I've been too tired to update recently.

2.) I only need Astaroth's, Yoshimitsu's and Cervantes's endings. (Soul Calibur III)

3.) I've started a Chronicles of the Sword file and am at either Chronicle 5 or 6. (Soul Calibur III)

THERE! I'VE FINALLY UPDATED BEFORE EVERYTHING GOT SUCKED OUT OF MY MEMORY AND INTO THE VOID OF THE FORGOTTEN!

Sorry, I'm just really ticked. Now I'm definitely screwing Naruto tonight. I need rest. Probably should take a break from gaming for a while, too. I'm not young anymore.

Oh Yes...There Will Be Blood...

I just saw "Saw II" today. (Cool, saw saw too to-day ^^). Anyways, it was excellent, but I find the first one to be better. The games and traps in the house were a little disappointing. I was expecting something with a little more gore involved although the pit of needles was a bit unsettling since it was s'posed to be XAVIER'S task, but he has to play the ~censored~. Total freaking JERK! As far as blood goes, they're actually isn't that much. Sure the people in the house are coughing it up everywhere, but I think I've donated more blood to the Red Cross. Lovely twist at the end, even if little bro spoiled it for me a few months back after accidentally stumbling on it on the web. Fortunately, my memory suxors, so half of the twist was still a shock.  Another note, wth was the blonde's point in the movie (the one played by the most annoying of the 7th Heaven sisters)? She cries, whimpers, and remembers her kidnapping. A couple other people could have revealed more "background" as well. Still, I love the "Main Game" that's going on. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Oh, I also saw a preview for the movie "Hostel". Now that looks cool, too. I am so going to the Inferno for this. Heheheheheh...~eyes glow red~

Tale of Souls - Endings Acquired: Talim, Raphael, Yun-seong

Created Souls:

Maria - 19 year old female theif. She was once a wanderer and adventure seeker. All that changed when she had a run-in with a man infected by a Soul Edge fragment. The battle left her with a scar that gave her memories (nightmares) of Soul Edge's previous masters and victims. She seeks out Soul Edge to destroy it before her mind deteoriates into insanity.

Kitty - My 23 year old, feline dancer from H-E-double hockey sticks. Born into slavery, her mother was killed by her master when she was only 3 years old. Her master raised her as a pet and (as she grew older) a lover. Her only desire is to please him and seeks out Soul Edge merely because he does.

Robyn - A 67 year old ninja. She was once the leader of a clan of ninja. As years went by, she feared the weakness that comes with aging and the eventual death of mortal humans. She managed to discover a stone that allowed her to suck the souls out of humans in order to acquire their youth. She first took the lives of her fellow clan members. Nowadays she works as a street thug/hitman in order to acquire more souls. She seeks out Soul Edge, so she can achieve "true immortality".

Hmm...I have more than that, but I still need to work out their bios a bit since they're still quite new. The rest are: Saint Pariah, Barbarian Julia, Gladiator Victoria, and Assassin Janie. I plan on making one for each class. I'll also post pictures later since there is still SO much armor to unlock.

Ack, it's FREEZING here. How odd. I usually can handle degrees as low as 15F with no trouble, but I'm freezing when I can't even see my breath. I've gotten soft. I think I'll try walking to Wal-Mart tomorrow, so I can pick up a copy of Soul Calibur III. ^^ Oh, I also created a new siggy featuring Colette:

Chapter 4 complete. Would've had Chapter 5 as well, but I didn't notice how low Boyd's health was. >< Btw, Soren's cute as heck, but his pessimism is annoying though favorable to the code of a "true mercenary". Kinda reminds me of the "Lord of War" with the way he talks.

My "windshears" seem to be malfunctioning. I've been pretty cold all day. I think I'll dress warmly tomorrow as a precaution. I also bought two more mangas yesterday: Wolf's Rain (Vol. 1) and Sakura Taisen (Vol. 1).

My Overgrown Furball Killed A Birdie! I'm SO Proud!

Well, as the title implies my fat cat Boo, killed an innocent little sparrow today. Never thought the domesticated thing had it in him. Pop thinks the bird must've flown in on his way out, cause he heard the "flutter of wings" and assumed it to be a bird flying from one tree to another. So, yep, we come home and there's feathers ALL OVER the kitchen floor. It's stomach/chest area was completely gone. Only it's head, wings, and feet remained. I say my cat had a pretty good lunch. Especially when you look under the head. All those red bones and stuff. Coooool...I'm sick and twisted ain't I? I've seen dead birds about five times before, but this is the first time I ever saw it ripped apart. ^^ I am so going for a ride on the River Styx. Oh, I also bought a gamecube gameboy player, so I can record gameboy games. I also bought Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. So worth the wait and cash. It's almost exactly like the gba styles with the only difference being the updated graphics and fmvs. The fmvs made me dizzy at first since they were a weird combination of 2d and 3d. Even beyond the style of cell-shaded. As far as fmvs are concerned, I speak only of the prologue's opening fmv cause I haven't seen any others. Hehe.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

Completed Prologue, Chapter One, and Chapter Two. Interesting story so far, but when does the epic war stuff start? Oh well, I'll be patient.

Ooooh....Sparkly Silvery Bugs!

I only had 4 hours of sleep last night. Waking up at 4, 5, 6 am is normal pour moi, but not being able to fall back asleep for a couple more hours isn't. Fortunately, I made a whole lot more disc covers and covered some good ground in gaming time. Unfortunately, sleep deprivation took a toll on my work performance today. As for the title of this entry, I've found an interesting hallucination which I can only guess comes from "severe" sleep deprivation: Sparkly Silvery Bugs! So not kidding. They're about the size of baby flies and they sparkle like glitter. Here I am, cleaning out the men's room (a girl who willingly cleans the men's room, yep) when these "bugs" come buzzing around my face. I'm thinking WTH? After a few minutes they disappeared. Most interesting hallucination. After work I took a nap that lasted 1.5 hours at most. It's odd. I'm tired as heck, yet I still can't fall asleep easily. Most annoying.

 Grandia II

Went through Inor Mountains. Beat the Durham Minotaur in Agear. Went through the Baked Plains. Next is to fight Mareg and head for Lilligue.

Interesting Note: For some odd reason, the PS2 version sets Agear as "daytime" rather than "nighttime". This wouldn't be a biggie if Millenia didn't make that comment about the sun burning her after the minotaur is beaten (it would be daylight then in the DC version). Well, atleast it's easier to explore Agear in daylight.

Nexus

Rogue Rossignol

Routine stuff. Killed a Sun Fox for a minor quest. Completed my wisdom test for karma. I need to clean out my inventory. It's completely full.
