Yeah, Fatal Frame I and II are easily up there with Silent Hill 1 and 2 for the fear factor. Psychological horror is much more effective for instilling fear than "jump out scares" like Resident Evil practices.

The first two Fatal Frame and Silent Hill games are the masters of psychological horror.

You should honestly try playing it before you judge. It is an amazing game that is far more deep than I think most imagined.

The online co-op/competetive features completely took me by suprise and blew me away.

I have been plying it at my friends house, the game is absolutely fantastic. It is a fairly difficult and challenging game but nothing you cannot adapt to and use a few cheap tricks to get ahead.
The online part of it is amazing. Invading other peoples worlds and having people invade yours (especially when you are in a party) is awesome.

Going to stop myself there, I could write dozens of paragraphs on this game and its features but I have a feeling it would be wasted here. Lets just leave it at, if you can afford it, this one is worth the chance.

Because it is 3:30 am, I have no work tomorrow, cannot sleep, and I am blasting Iced Earth while having a good ol time on SW getting a chuckle out of fanboys and the like. This place is wonderful entertainment when you are bored.
