I only have MGS:PO right now but a game loses a lot of its fun when people hack, and MGS:PO online isn't that good to begin with, so I'm wondering if there are any good online games that are hack free.

Well I'm not sure what is going on because I just tried playing a psp game online and it wouldn't connect so I'm guessing its a firewall issue, but I've played before on the same set up and I haven't changed a single thing and now all of a sudden it won't work. I tried connecting to the internet through my psp and that works, so I'm not sure what to do at this point.

My internet connection is working fine and I've played both mario kart and metriod on my ds online. So I was going to play some today and while Im trying to find a game to play i get disconnected and I'm given an error so since I know I have my ds set up correctly, and my internet is working I was wondering if perhaps nintendo's servers were down. Oh and I'm in the United States, in California if that matters.

Daxter is a great game, I even went back to pick up some of the stuff I missed before simply because I liked the game, and replaying games is something I rarely do.

As far as star wars is concerned, no one has played the finish version of it but lots of people have played the one before it on psp. I haven't played the previous star wars game myself so I can't comment on it, but Im sure if you read the daxter review and then read the battlefront II review you should have a good idea of what you might prefer. Oh and the stars wars pack does not include the family guy umd.

[QUOTE="D1rk-Knight"]Who cares the important thing is the FUN, I'll get my copy as soon I found it in our shops.stygiansanity

it may be fun but you obviously have no sense of the value of money.

Who told you that? look my friend if the money will bring fun & enjoying for me, then I'll gladly use it to achieve that & beside I work so I have my own money so there is no need for me to ask anyone to give me some.

well, your money. if $10/hour is your idea for money well spent, then that's your choice.

Ok so you think the game is a bad value at $60 dollars, butsomeone has more money than you and can afford such luxuries, Just accept it and move on, stop acting so dumb Gore.

[QUOTE="HappyProzak"]Well after seeing nothing for 2 years it definately seems like DMC for the PSP is vaporware. IGN has a release date of TBA 2008 so there is still hope. Hopefully it'll be released and it'll be something worth waiting for.nevereathim

I bet you it's gonna come out most likely after DMC 4 because the developers are pretty busy, you can't really expect the devil may cry team to make two of them at once.

I was thinking the same thing, but is there only one dmc team? And are they working on the PSP version? I would of thought that capcom would put a different team on the psp version, but maybe not. Would be awesome if we got the original dmc team working on the psp version.

[QUOTE="darthlgp"]because honestly it sucks compared to other handhelds. i wish it were louder myself. I usually end up turning subtitles on and stuff1stGodstang

Ur right, it lacks sound volume. But consider this: Compare it with an Ipod, sure, it sounds louder. But, PSP has better sound quality, very well equalized sound, not all treble like the Ipod or many other handhelds. Cuz that`s what Sony is about, quality not quantity (hahaha, oh man I should work as a spokesperson for Sony, hahahaha)

But seriously dude, what would you prefer: more volume and no sound quality or, a midium volume and gr8 sound quality?

I`ld sure as hell pick both, if I could, but in this case you just have to settle with one. U decide.

Peace.

Why is the sound volume connected to sound quality? I don't think the two are related but im not sure.

I agree, the psp's volume is fine. Both the speakers and the headphones work fine for me, but it also depends where you play as well because if your in a noisy environment then you'll have to turn up the volume more. As far as the psp speakers go, look at their size! The psp is a small device and you can only fit speakers that are so big and they will have technological limitations because of their sound. In this respect, I think people expect too much. The volume through the earphones could be a little better but since I'm at home I never go past 75%. I think people these days listen to their music just way too loud and over time end up damaging their hearing and as a result they have to crank the music louder and do more damage.

I have both and I wouldn't sell my PSP to get a DS, and I wouldn't sell my DS to get a PSP. I also have a video ipod that I barely use, so what you want might be different because I'll be selling my video ipod soon. And if I had a video ipod and didn't have a PSP and wanted one, I would sell my video Ipod to get a PSP and I would keep the DS. Both have great games and its hard to pick one over the other. You just have to look at the catalog of games and see which one has more games that you'd enjoy. The psp can also do video and music of course, but an ipod is a lot more portable than a PSP so keep that in mind when making your decision.
