The price of developing AAA games will crash the industry. Developers have been saying this for the last couple of years, and it's no surprise why. Consumers will only be willing to pay so much. Seventy Dollars. Per game. I'll be sticking to current generation for a while, and I can't be the only one should this prove true.
If you're doing prequels, Ubi, please set one during the Spanish Conquest of the Americas and let us run around Mesoamerica and the Andes. Neither Tenochtilan nor Cusco have ever been depicted in a game in which you could fully interact with them. Maya ruins in Black Flag is a step in the right direction, but go all the way with the next one Ubisoft.
@Femto513 @guy298 Right, because all games should cater towards adults only. I think people forget that lots of good movies are family friendly, so what's wrong with a game in the same vein?
@Tuckpoint @Ishiban No need to apologize, Tuckpoint. I've learned over time that sarcasm and stupidity are pretty much par for the course here in the comments section of GameSpot, thus I didn't put much thought into my post beyond a sarcastic quip. Don't get me wrong, though, there are intelligent posters here on GS, but they are vastly outnumbered.
