I downloaded the Demo and the game is awsome. My PC has a 3 ghz P4 (200mhz above minimum requirements so it's ok.) 1 gig of DDR2 RAM (Which is the minimum), and a 512MB 7950GT OC. I am able to run it on all setting high (haven't tested AA level yet) and the game runs fine except when I am around AI and when buildings are breaking apart. I am not expecting 60+ FPS, I am cool with 30+. My question is... if I get another gig of RAM, should that greatly help the problem of RAM when I am around AI and Buildings? I am led to believe that this would fix it because most of the lag occurs when I first encounter the AI and buildings then it seems like my computer catches up some. Please let me know what you think.

I am looking at three cards.
The 8600,
The 7950gt
The 1959gt
I want best gaming performance for around $100. So far the 7950gt seems to be the best. You guys tell me which ones the best. I know the 7950gt and the 1950gt don't do dx10 but the 8600 does, but having dx10 doesn't mean squat if your card isn't powerful enough to push it. Tell me which would be the best choise for the price....... Alos looked at some 7900's and 1900's.
Thank You
What is better?
The: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161098
Or the 8600 series?
I am wanting just a low budget vid card that can play games at pretty high settings. I can only spend around $100. Please tell me what you think or any suggestions for what you think might be better as long as it's in the 100-140 $ area. I have also considered the 7950gt but that is a little bit more expensive.
Thank you.
I have my Wii hooked up through Component Cables to a 50 inch Samsung. My problem is... Resident Evil 4 is supposed to support Widescreen but when I play it, it puts up black bars on the sides like a letter box. Other games such as Wii Sports and LOZ Twilight Princess fit the screen perfectly in Widescreen with my component cables. ... I have noticed that other games that are supposed to be in widescreen also give some black bars on the sides.
Does anyone know if this is fixable or if I just have to deal with it or atleast why it's doing this?
I do know that when I use the regular composite cables, all games fiter perfectly, but then they look uglier.
Please advise.
Thanks
To give more of a mental picture....
A normal MOBO
at the bottom by the PCI slots, there is an extra board attatched elongating at the bottom for anout few inches adding 2 extra PCI slots.
