Oh and Nov. 4 was also election day. And Nov. 1 was All Saints day and Nov.2 was All Souls Day. So while Obama celebrates his election and McCain copes with the dissapointment let us Remember that it is my hope (and hopefully yours as well) that one day, decades from now on Nov 1 we will be celebrating both of Our Presidential candidates as well as their running mates and the Current President and Vice President on All Saints day. At the very least we know we will have to eventually (although let's hope not to soon) remember them on All Souls day.
Also there is a Meeting going on in the Vatican between Christian and Muslim religious leaders and scholars. It's always nice to see the various religions getting along rather than fighting.
Well maybe the Republicans will wither away. But a new party will replace them. Maybe even the Democrats will split (they were split During the 60s into northern and southern wings), after all when the whigs and federalists went kaput, The Democratic-Republicans split into our current parties. Or maybe one of the third parties will rise to replace the Repubs. As long as we don't go to a system where only one political party holds power (there must always be another party strong enough to check it, America is built on checks and balances). As for the glorious age, Politics can never achieve it, man by himself cannot create a perfect world.Yes they are and to quote one Tony the Tiger...
"It's Grrrrrrrrrrrreat!"
The Republican Party is the 65 and older party. Their ranks are withering and dying while the Democrats are the party of 64 and under.
With the number of people mobilized for the Democratic party the Republicans don't have the numbers anymore. And the way they're dropping off it will get worse as time goes on.
We live in a glorious new age.

It was the feast day of St. Charles Borromeo.
yes he does, he's a senator. He should get to work in the senate and start fixin' stuff.[QUOTE="JoeRatz16"][QUOTE="blasto65_basic"]WOW you do know he has no official power yet right.blasto65_basic
Yes but he also now has to chose his cabinet and the surrounding people
wouldn't it be easier if he just kept the Bush cabinet? sure they're Republicans, but isn't Obama supposed to about reaching across party lines and uniting the country. What better way to show bipartisanship than by keeping the Republican Cabinet, unless he appoints McCain as Secretary of State or Palin as Secretary of Defense, or maybe he could appoint Bush as chief of staff.I'll try: Es un ayudo por personas que aprendan Espanol o una idioma secondaria. I need a Big favor AHhhhh or I'm doomed!!.... Can someone please Translate this Paragraph into spanish for me... Thanks!!
There is a good advantage for people who learn Spanish or a second language. When applying for a
job, there is a better chance of getting hired if the person applying knows another language. For
example, if lets say someone gets a job at a store but he only know English, and a Spanish person
comes up to him/her to ask for something in Spanish, the worker would not know what the Spanish
person is asking for, but if the worker knew Spanish, he would be able to help the Spanish person.
It's also very good to know Spanish because it's a popular language in the United States, and many
people speak it also in other countries around the world. A man who knows Spanish will have the
ability to build relationships with other Spanish speaking people, which allows for new
opportunities to meet people he couldn't before because of not knowing the language.
THANKYOUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't make the accent marks and this is a loose translation. Also I'm not sure if hispano hablante is hyphenated, and idioma might be masculine.
