Yea im back i know its been a while since iv been on but nevertheless i am back.But on another note im really happy for this years E3 :D its gonna be so sick!

Im moving into a new house on Friday so i wont be commenting on you guys blogs and i wont be very active till the weekend.Just wanted to let you guys know :)

So a few weeks ago Bungie signed a 10 year deal with Activision meaning that Activision now owns the rights to distrtibute and publish the new IP that Bungie is currently working on.So now everybody has to understand that Bungie will not make another Halo game.Yes,Bungies last Halo game will be Halo Reach.Now this doesnt mean that the Halo franchise is dead because Microsoft can easily get a new developer to continue on with the making Halo games if they want to.

i wonder how the Bungie would feel if another developer would continue on with the Franchise

Could this be the beginning of the end of Bungie?I mean its great that Bungie is spreading their roots and trying to do new things but with all people they want to sign a deal with Activision (yes the same people who wanted to raise video game prices to $70) .Are they blind or something?Did Bungie just not see what happened to Infinity Ward?But Bungie did take some time into making this deal,they didnt let Activision buy them or anything so their still a independent studio.And they did make sure that they owned the rights to their new IP and Activison can only distribute and publish the game.But nevertheless im still happy and hyped about their new game and hopefully this whole thing turns out Ok.

As you can tell by the title of this blog,Yes i have gotten the RROD once again :evil: .I looked up on the internet what was wrong and Apparently i have general hardware failure.So at this point i dont know if im getting another 360.I just got live i was playing with my friends over live having a great time till this happened.And this whole RROD thing is becoming a joke,im gonna take some serious consideration into getting a PS3 this time.But on the other hand im gonna be missing out on Gears 3 and Alan Wake,so i might just get another 360 i really dont know.Let me know what you guys think i should do.

So yesterday i stayed up till 12:35 A.M.(yes on a school night) to finally see Cliffy B show off Gears 3 on the Fallon show.And yes,yes i know i could have waited till the next day and saw it on GameSpot but i just couldnt wait.But anyway all i have to say is....wow.

So the ashes to ashes trailer is short but it shows a hella lot.Like it shows new female gears,its showed the new double barreld shotgun which i cant wait to try out ;) ,it showed that new tentacle monster.One important thing i spoted out in the trailer is how the world there in looks completely destroyed and the Gears are getting older.It really shows that there been fighting for a long time and that there really worn out.And im guessing that all you guys remember how Gears 2 ended with the locust queen getting away and the whole thing with Marcus's Dad,so Gears 3 should really be interesting and i cant wait to see how the story unfolds!

Not too long ago Nintendo has announced their newest handheld platform and the successor to the DS,the Nintendo 3DS.How the Nintendo 3DS works is by far the most innovative thing i ever seen come out of a handheld system.Supposedly the 3Dness :P of the new handheld is going to be done by software not hardware.The camera tracks the movement of the DS and rerenders the image as the device is moved from side to side,which makes the image your looking at look like its has depth or 3D.

So how much will this all cost you might ask?Well Nintendo has yet to give out a official price tag but considering the technology in the handheld like Parallax Barrier LCDs which the Nintendo 3DS will most likely use will cost about $20-$30.So the actual price of the handheld shouldnt cost much since the tech is very affordable,especially for Nintendo.But with the DSi already at the price of $160 its a good chance the 3DS will be at least $200.So how will the effect actually look when were playing a game?The closest thing to what the 3DS might look like is this :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_P4gyjf5tQ&feature=related...this is a DSiware game that uses Head tracking technology to simulate a 3D image.Its a really innovative and creative effect and some iteration of this system may be used in the Nintendo 3DS.

Nintendo has a long history of releasing new products before they go on to be a hit.Many people thought the Wii was stupid until lines to play the system at its first E3 showing stretched around the convention.My whole ideology of 3D in gaming has changed because of the 3DS and how great its looking.I remember thinking the Avatar (yes the movie) was gonna be horrible and mostly stupid in 3D but look how it turned out.Even the television world is stepping in the 3D world with 3D-capable TVs coming out this year.The Nintendo 3DS is definitely gonna make history.

Hello my fellow internetz pals,today im hitting my 60th blog and im in awe right now,i dont even feel like i made 50 blogs let alone 60.So with that said i would like to say thanks to Setsuka13,tntkng,and dan_scfc for commenting on most of my last series (Best consoles ever).Now on to the actual blog.....

For my Birthday the games i got were Mass Effect and Saints Row 2 and out of all the times i bought two games at the same time this is probably the best duo i have ever bought.With all the praise Mass Effect gets i had to get it and im soo happy i did because im having a blast playing through and exploring this game :D .I havnt yet beat the game but im pretty sure Mass Effect 2 is probably next on my list of games to get.

i still cant belive how large in scope this game is,i mean you can explore everything and i love that i can fully upgrade my character.So i would have to say this is my NEW favorite game knocking Bioshock off the thrown.

So as far as Saints Row 2 goes i probably havnt had as much fun with a open world game since i played Bully.Saints Row 2 is all about having fun which makes it fun, you can fly in a heli and rain death on innocent civilians :twisted: or you could just play the stoy mode which is surprisingly good.I mean its not as jaw dropping as Mass Effect's story but it sure beats The GodFather 2's story by a long shot.

Yes,tomorrow i am finally turning 17 which means i get to finally buy rated M games without my parents or my sister :D and i dont know what im gonna do for my B-day yet i might get a game or get some clothes.Sorry iv been slacking on my blogs iv been really busy with school and all here is my report card i got today( how unlucky is that? i get a report card the day before my birthday):|

Best Consoles of All Time #6: Nintendo Wii

Nintendo wanted to give us a revolutionary gaming console that would shock the world,they wanted to give us all a new way to game.And on that part they most definitely succeded but Nintendo should have went just a little deeper into the developement of the Wii than just motion controls.Seeing how the world is today everything is high tech,everything revolves around technology especially in the gaming industry and with that said as far as the Wii goes under technology terms it fails when standing up to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.And since the Wii cant play the same games as the other consoles that means the Wiis game selection will sufer.But then again the Wii is suppose to be on its own and it really doesnt matter if the Wii cant play some games as the PS3 or 360 because the Wii has loads of exclusives thats can only be played with motion controls.I think all of us can agree that the Wii is the most creative gaming console ever made and the games that it has are very unique in there own way.
