My computer is connected to a Linksys that is connected to my modem. My connection is wired and very fast, but the wireless is pretty slow. I don't care about this because only one person in my house uses the wireless and they use it to check E-mails.

I play Steam, WoW, etc. so I prefer a good connection. When I first connected this wired connection I was at about 3-5 mbps on Speedtest . net but now my computer won't connect to the wired connection.

In the Network and Sharing center on my comp it says that the connection is Local and internet, but the wired connection is only local, and it is connected to the wireless network.

How can I get it to re-connect to the wired connection and forget about the wireless?

Nothing in life can be classified as "It's just that simple". There's grey areas that have to be accounted for.

[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"]So do we blame alcohol and not Dunn now?DroidPhysX

Why do you have to blame someone? We're not in kindergarden anymore, we can move on and just accept that a bad thing happened because of a stupid mistake. You don't have to sit around and point fingers.

Dunn was directly responsible for the death. It's that simple.

His friend got in the car with him. So obviously his friend was aware of Dunn's intoxicated state and put his life at risk. By your logic this means that his friend is responsible for his own death as well and we should ridicule/disregard his life as well. Its only fair.

Why is everyone on here such a ****. If he was sober and you said to him, "HEY! Wanna get really drunk and drive 100 mph!?" He'd probably say no, but seeing as how he was intoxicated he made a bad decision. Maybe you've never lived or been around someone with a drinking problem but alcohol changes people completely when they are very inebriated. He made a bad decision while completely under the influence and he paid the price. Grow up and live in the real world, people make mistakes. You're going to make mistakes too. When you die do you want people to say, "Oh what an idiot, he should've ate a better diet and exercised more often, he would have lived five more years. What a total, stupid, idiotic loser. I'm glad he's dead." No. No rational, nice human being would do that.

So if a drunk driver killed your family, you'd just go, "Oh well, life goes on"? Certainly people make bad decisions while under the influence of alcohol. That's why you exercise your judgement BEFORE you start drinking. If the guy had enough money to buy a porsche, I'm sure he had enough to afford a taxi or limo service so he could go out and get crap faced without having to worry about driving home.

Alcohol impairs judgement. And if a drunk driver killed my family I wouldn't want to put them behind bars forever. I'd want them to get help and reform their life. Putting them behind bars brings more suffering to their loved ones. I guess I'm not petty and spiteful.

That aside. Obviously he made a mistake. Everyone does. If you went out with your friends next week, not expecting to drink too much, and you ended up getting carried away and ended up in the same situation would you want the entire world to say "Good! He deserved it. What an idiot" Whilst ignoring everything you'd ever done in your entire life because of one mistake. I mean, if that's how you think everyone should be treated then this is a pointless argument.

Also, even if muscle growth stunted your growth, two months of push-ups is not long enough to build a real amount of muscle. Moreover, why would you expect to be growing so fast that every two months there would be a sizeable increase?
