The only problem is if MS wants to reap the benefits they don't want when people are asking for information at a store for which console to buy to hear all the downsides about the X1. While the PS4 has all those things covered.

I personally was one of the people who though MS wouldn't do something like this. I was wrong and if they wind up paying for it well. Oh well. Maybe they'll learn something. It's whatever, Games will continue on. The only thing I find pretty stupid is how there are still Xbox Fans who refuse to believe in anything other than what MS tells them.

And that ToS wont hold up in court.

That's where my being smarter comes in. See, I refuse to support a company that tries to take away my rights as a consumer. You however will happily support them.

As long as people like you buy their products restrictions will just get worse. There's that intelligence part I was talking about.

And trust me if I were close minded I wouldn't of owned all systems last generation.

I'm a consumer the difference between me and you? Is i'm a smart one. Better specs, Same good games, Cheaper Price, No bad policies. PS4 wins in my eyes right now. If Microsoft cleans up their act than they can win instead.

@malokevi @Judge-Albel @fjacks22 @TechGoblin The problem is whenever people try to judge X1 vs PS4 they always go. OH X1 HAS CLOUD. As if both systems do not have the same thing.

The only difference is MS shot themselves in the foot and Sony took advantage. Never go against the people who pay your bills.
