@Atzenkiller: They still don't. BotW just lets you do what you want. It has indicators but you have to go into the map to see them and they don't tell you where to go when the objective is supposed to be a clue or riddle you have to figure out.

@sealionact: HZD came out in February so a lot came out after that (including its fantastic story DLC). Persona 5, Uncharted Lost Legacy (much more than just story DLC. It's basically a whole 8-10 hr game + MP/coop), Crash Trilogy, Tales of Berseria, Yakuza 0, Nioh, Nier: Automata, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Danganronpa 3, Gran Turismo Sport. Probably missing a few. And Cuphead is a fantastic game (have it on PC), but I do not understand the hype around PUGB. It's buggy as hell, crashes constantly, and looks like a PS2 game. I've seen videos and I just don't get it. It's gameplay looks extremely average. But hey if people like it, that's good for them.

And if most gamers couldn't care less about exclusives, then what's the point in buying one console over the other? Slightly more power? User interface? Trivial details in the long run. You want power, get a PC. All I have to say is, VR is the biggest reason to get a PS4 over an Xbox One.

@aproxinate: Trust me you don't want MW2 on a modern console unless its a complete remake. That game looks like ass by today's standards. I think it came out in like 1996.

@iron_man: I heard they are actually making a new MechWarrior. I would love to play that in VR!

@Lizard_King89: There are only 3. I think PS4 has more exclusives coming out in the next 2 months than MS has all year. They need to get their shit together.

Three exclusives. Three. Microsoft needs to get their shit together or their console division is gonna tank. This is exactly why I sold my Xbox One. I played the MCC, Rare Replay, and Sunset Overdrive over 3 years (as far as exclusives, games I can't play on my PS4 or PC). All they have going for them is the fact their games play in true 4K. I'd rather play Horizon in 1440p than not at all.

I can see the logic behind this. Not to discredit Nintendo; they've been having a great year and I'm super happy to see their return to form after the disastrous Wii U.

1) Amazon Prime members get 20% off preordered games and arrive on day one.

2) NINTENDO GAMES NEVER GO ON SALE. So this is the best deal you'll probably ever get. Nintendo rarely has sales. Wii U launch title New Super Mario Bros U is still $60 MSRP and used Pokemon games increase in value over time weirdly enough. Try finding HeardGold/SoulSilver for under $50.

3) Flash memory is limited on Switch and it seems only a small handful of 3rd party games still need installations. 1st party games don't seem to need any so buying on a cartridge is a no-brainer.

4) THE GAME IS AMAZING!!!

@Atzenkiller: Zelda BotW is incredible and unlike any game Nintendo has ever made. Hence why it won GotY everywhere. Also, like it or not but Mario Odyssey is the most original and fresh Mario game since Mario 64. Splatoon is original, literally nothing like it. Shall I go on?
