Want to know if Left4Dead will run and how well. Also, Fallout 3.

I played the L4D demo when it was out and it seemed to run ok, on what ever defult settings it starts at but I didnt mess about with anything. Also tried checking I could run both these games on that system requirment site but it just kept telling me it couldnt reconise my hardware.

Currently my computers got:

Mobo - Asus A8N-SLI Premium

CPU - AMD Athlon64 3200+

GPU - HIS X800 265mb

RAM - KINGSTON DDR400 1gb

Used to be great when I got it about 3-4 years ago, but lately its just not enough. Also, Iv always been an AMD kinda guy, but I suppose if it takes me awhile to get my new build, I might consider an intel depending on what other options AMD have if any.

Hey guys, Im planning on getting a new computer sometime soon hopfully and have been looking at what I should get. Iv come up with these few main things so far, but I tend to worry about the compatability of things. Would anyone happen to know if these things will run fine with each other.

Mobo - Asus M3A79-T-DELUXE AM2+

CPU - AMD Phenom X4 9950

GPU - Asus Radeon HD4870 X2

RAM - Corsair Micro TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF

I was really exicted about this game and was planning on getting it release day. But when the system reqs were released I decided Id have to give it a pass. Im not really certain if my computer couldnt run it, but chances are it wouldnt run well. So I'll either be waiting for the price to drop, or get it whenever I upgrade the computer next.

Also, just for some peoples opinions on this, would it run well on what Iv got?

I really don't think you need to worry about your account being Perm banned from just swearing, even abusivie swearing you wont get perm banned. Iv been playing for about 3 years now along with a buddy of mine who has been constantly getting 72 hour bans from gerneral swearing to the occasion insult at other players. And during these 3 year he has never once recieved a perm ban.

Blizz dont mind (Much, to the point they want to ban you and loose thier $20p/m) if you call people afew names, unless its racist but I dont see how racism could be an "accidental" thing that you have no controll over.
