Wow...I would never sink to lower than 1600p to game. Just...just so archaic and backward. Difference is HUGE and noticeable (perhaps the 20/15 vision helps but I dunno)
Totally NOT a necessity yet. It can make a bit of a difference but its not a night and day thing by any means. The increased hardware support is probably the biggest reason to go 64bit. However, going to 64bit will cause little to no issues with other hardware. Many times, if a program won;t run on Win7 64bit it won't on Win7 32bit either (Legacy games run on Win 98/ME, etc). Bottom line, you will have no problems once you go to 64bit but there is no huge difference between 32bit and 64bit where gaming is concerned (least not yet).
My PC is worth EXACTLY what someone would pay for it. What did I pay for it? All parts combined? Hmm....Well over $2500 Id guess, more if I add in the monitor and speakers.
I would start the bidding at around 1200 US dollars on Ebay or a similar site and see where it can go from there.

That as an extremely generous quote. Personally if Ebay is your choice, start it at a penny, way more interest, way more bids that way. You get what you get. I'd guess $1000 max.
