Kotor 3 and Fallout 3 are already confirmed, a new Bioware RPG is already in the making, also a new IP from Liohead, and two new Mistwalker RPG that could be for 360 as well

So, care to counter ANY of the above time table entries with some PS3 games ?

White Knight Story-pay attention. You can go off the path. If you saw the trailers, you could hear the question about going off path. The MC said no, so they continued and didn't explore. Level-5 said just like all our games, the level of exploration will be high. (play DQ8. or Dark Cloud 2). Choosing quests definately isn't linear, when you arrive at your destination there aren invisible walls, where you can;t sxpolore and be adventurous. Which is completly different from LO which follows the same FFX gameplay, when you can even stray off the road ahead of you. Expecially since most of the background is pre-rendered. The game graphics are next-gen but not at the level of WHS, or FFXIII. You've seen the trailers, its pretty self-explanatory. Adrian_Cloud

So, in short, you tell me you can say yes to the question about exploring before procceding, jump in that lake to the right, and reach the other shore, skipping the battle with the giant robot, or you can get into the forest to the left, and walk through it to another new area, and again skip that battle shown

Well, from the video always, you know how big is the possibility for something like that ? ZERO

Unless you have a link that say that world is fully 3d roaming, i will HAVE to assume you can't get into that water to the right or to any of those forests to the left, prove me wrong if you can

Lost Odyssey is not ...pre-rendered, unless you mean that in white Knight everything you see, you can get, which is again SIMPLY NOT THE CASE !!!

Yes, but you will be able to get most by this summer, and all in less than a year, when you have to wait 2 years for the veru first PS3 RPG !!!!

Also some say FF13 and White Knight will be ...better than all those RPG's, based on WHAT excactly ? FF12 was mediocre and FF13 goes too much in technology area, making it far far less appealing than Lost Odyssey, and White Knight seems like nothing special so far, too much confined paths to make it any better even than Blue Dragon

Because .... they said so ? The devleopers in an interview said that they go high tech, ask anyone that read it, it was a while back, check that Shiva now transforms into a ... bike too !!! Definatly not my cup of tea, FF12 was bad enough with the oriental theme, now it just gets worst, Lost Odsyssey has come very first in my JPRG's most wanted game after finishing FF12, and its graphics are really next gen

As for how i got the idea WK is linear ... have you seen the video ? You choose quests from ... a menu !!! You can walk only forward, and even the camera follows you meaning a totally set path, you definatly can't visit the near forest or lake, because if you could it would show in the video, Blue Dragon offers much much more freedom and next gen gameplay than that
