Enter at a price that trumps Wii U to knock them out of the market so they can finally go all Sega and focus on just games. Then stick it to Microsoft by allowing used game sales and offline play and you've got yourself a winning system again. Look at me, talking like Sony is listening.

Well that's just dumb, because I'd have bought it on day one and my opinion is the most important opinion. Duh.

Still have and play both games. Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy soaked up a good portion of my pubescent years and I wouldn't have had it any other way. My GeForce 3 was being pushed to its limits, but it was all worth it when I'd flay some fool's limbs off with the realistic lightsabers mod. Such a great series.

If these rumors turn out to be true then they just might have lost a customer. It's not that I'm too cheap to pay for internet or Xbox Live, but sometimes shitty ISPs (ahem -- Time Warner) lose service and when there's no internet in the house, there's gaming to chew up time. At least in my case. Blocking used games and requiring an internet connection is ridiculous. Hasn't Microsoft learned from the recent Sim City disaster? What's to stop servers from being overloaded come launch day for AAA titles and us sitting with our controllers in our hands taking to message boards such as this one decrying their greedy ways? Still, it's just rumors and conjecture at this point. We'll see come May. Hopefully those geniuses in charge of development heed the call of console gamers.

I can't explain why, because I'm a 29 year old male who loves gore and viscera, but this got me excited. An artistic fantasy world is what the genre needs to get away from the brutes with muscles and wenches with ample bosoms mold that's plaguing most fantasy titles these days. Except for The Witcher...which is incredible. Regardless, I hope it gets the funds it needs.

If anything this game isn't a lead-in to Peace Walker as you can clearly see the destruction of Mother Base (Not Big Shell. That wasn't constructed until the Sons of Liberty) It's most likely the timeline that bridges the gap between Peace Walker and the original Metal Gear for NES (MSX). In the original trailer they discuss Chico, who was a main character in Peace Walker. Just wanted to heed your advice and post in the comments. And slightly wonder why you'd even do this feature if the folks involved aren't familiar with the MGS timeline...

@PSBEATSALLDEAL It's okay, we all need attention sometimes.
