doesn't have a hdtv a slow response time I think you mean high input delay and this isn't always the case. Panasonic's large plasmas are usually great for playing games!
Just wanted to make sure that you are aware that response time has very little to do with input delay. Having a low respose time is good because it reduces artifacts such as ghosting in fast motion images. Input delay on the other hand, is the difference between the time a signal is input to a display and the time it is actually shown by the display. If you want a monitor with low input delay look no further than the ASUS VH236H 23 Inch Widescreen LCD Monitor. I have 2 and they're amazing. BTW this should have been posted in the audio/video hardware discussion forum ;)
