Yeah, this was one of the funnest games I've played in awhile. I honestly think your missing out... =(
Its an OPTIONAL DLC. What is so bad releasing new characters and rebalancing the game a YEAR after SSF4 came out?[QUOTE="LastRambo341"][QUOTE="theuncharted34"]
it's capcom. of course they want you to buy the same game again. for some it'll be the third time. and then there's their tasteless strategy on dlc, what they did to resident evil with number 5 and what they're going to do to devil may cry... man capcom sure does suck now.

they could use a patch instead of charging you full price or near full price again. but they don't. know why?
and it's *optional dlc* that they know you want, and they know that it should come with the game or be free dlc. but they know people will buy, so this is what they do.
EDIT: for a revamp such as this or SSF4, a $5 dlc pack wouldv'e been acceptable for people who already had the game.
Personally, I hate DLC and would rather have the content on disc. I play my fighting games for years on end and worrying whether or not the 360/PS3 servers will still be hosting my content 10 years down the road is something I'd rather not have to think about. I say release the content on a disc labeled "Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition", but make it the standard SSFIV with the new characters, and balance patch already on the disc. For everyone else who would rather have their DLC, release a update for SSFIV for 10 to 15 dollars. For those of you that can remember, this was done for the Halo 2 map pack that came out eons ago.[QUOTE="LeifLongbottom"][QUOTE="LastRambo341"]LOL Tell me which characters in the current roster play like Shuma-Gorath and Jill? Guess what? NONE You're talking as if DLC characters are bad. They couldn't add like 60 characters due to budget and time constraints. So now, for people who want characters like Venom, Bison etc. now have hopes.LastRambo341
I haven't tried the dlc yet but many of the characters in the launch release felt very similar to one another.
I'm amazed that the publishers have really been able to brainwash people into paying more for less. You don't see how it's a little weird that IF they get this game to have as much content as the last installment, it will cost the consumer an additional $100?
No, I don't find it weird. Again, its OPTIONAL I'm not a fan of DLC in general because I'm sure that our purchases won't always be available to us. I mean, I still play games like Street Fighter 3rd Strike; a game that came out in 1999. 10 years from now, I doubt I will be able to download my content for Marvel vs Capcom 3 or any other game on the 360 for that matter. Even with such a major downside, I'd still like to have the OPTION to expand my game with new characters.[QUOTE="theuncharted34"]Its an OPTIONAL DLC. What is so bad releasing new characters and rebalancing the game a YEAR after SSF4 came out? Some people just don't understand a fighting game players mind set man. I'd much rather pay extra to have a rebalanced game that I enjoy than one that is completely broken. *COUGH* MVC2 *COUGH*it's capcom. of course they want you to buy the same game again. for some it'll be the third time. and then there's their tasteless strategy on dlc, what they did to resident evil with number 5 and what they're going to do to devil may cry... man capcom sure does suck now.

I'm still rollin with my Logitech G5 from 2006 (1st Model). I hear the new models are pretty snazzy.
[QUOTE="Elann2008"]I respect your opinion and you seem like a very reasonable person but Crytek made a huge impact with Crysis on the PC gaming world back in 2007..GooeykatReally, all I remember was a lot of complaining about how it wasn't optimized, aliasing was terrible, the multiplayer was a joke, it was glorified tech demo, etc. LOL yeah your right! That's exaclty how the community was acting right after Crysis' release
[QUOTE="MGS-GrayFox"]Those of you complaining about not having a sight toggle obviously haven't looked in the options... I feel that toggle should have been set as the default option, but let's actually try to open our eyes before whining allright?Ondoval
In what part of the disfunctional menu can be changed, please? I'm not used to navigate in such limited console-kind of interface and wasn't aware of the option...
I'm not at my gaming rig right now, but I believe it was under game options for me. *UPDATE* Did a search and it's Options>Game>Toggle Zoom.
