Those are the PSU i could find at my nearby store... there are also PSU ranged from 450w too 800w for the same brands.
I just wanna know which of the above could support the 9600 GT because I am in budget too. :P

I plan to change my graphic card to a 9600 GT and I have to change my power supply unit as well. However, I do not know how to buy a power supply unit for the graphic card. I had found a few PSU but I not sure whether it is suitable for the 9600 GT or not so plz tell me which of the below one could support it:

Gigabyte Odin Pro 550w
Silverstone Strider 560w
Coolermaster Extreme 550w
Coolermaster Real Power 550w
Coolermaster Modular 520w

The problem is my 8600m GT is ddr 2 version, it is much slower than the ddr 3 version which could be found on notebook like Asus G1 s. I didn't overclock my card as I don't really know how and i heard it willproduce massive heat after doing so.

Besides I am using the 169.01 beta driver and games like COD4 and timeshift could have constant frame rate of 25 - 40. I have to put everything on low for crysis to get smooth frame rates :) I hope the final product will be much better than the demo.

i had a 8600m GT (256mb ddr2) with Core 2 duo 2.0GHz and 2gb ram.. crysis is running quite laggy with 15-19fps with 848x640 resolution and with settings of medium and some high. But i don't care, because i still can aim and shoot properly at such frame rates :D

The price doesn't matter since it only different a bit. I am more concern whether it would work or not because shops around my place doesn't seems to be selling the '533' ram anymore :)

I owned a NEC Versa E6200 notebook and it comes with a home basic package. Previously I had bought a windows premium installation cd and i tried to upgrade the notebook OS. Everything went fine but when it comes to the finishing steps and restart, it automatically choose to roll back the previous version of OS. Do anyone see this kind of problem before?
