I'm already for e3 and i'm looking forward to all of the new games and info for future games. I also am looking forward to all of the new emblems that i will have a chance to bag so my profile will look great. I have the feeling that there will be more than 4 embelms to be had so i am hunting all of them even if there are only 4.

In other news i finally had a chance to meet with the new bird i am planning to get and man is she a real sweatheart. She will require lots of love and a little training. She needs to have a better responce to step up and she drops the f bomb once in a while so this will need to be fixed right away and i am confident that i will be able to fix these issues.

I am so looking forward to e3 next week. I can not wait to see what microsoft, sony, and nintendo have up their sleeves. I'm looking forward to catching as much live feeds as possible. When the event schedule is known i'll plan my time accordingly.

Been designing for the games with submission thread and i hope to have alot of submissions when this thread opens up. I also took some liberties with a couple of my desgns whether or not they will be accepted remains to be seen and my guess is no they won't, but i have enjoyed the subtle effects with some of the designs. Gs is changing their specs on banner sizing and maybe they would be willing to consider a new vibe to a couple of games.

I am still working on getting the muluccan cockatoo the family needs some time to adjust to the idea that they may not have her in their family. They do not have the time for the bird and i do so i am hoping that they will allow me to adopt her.

I have been feeling a little down lately so i decided to make a new banner of my favorite movie. I like it and i'm continuing to experiment with designs with photoshop. I wish i had different fonts than i have but it is what it is and anything that is real complicated will leave me confused. my computer skills are lacking badly and it is ok.

I am amazed that guitar hero is so popular with gamers. I don't understand why every one seems to be obssessed about this game series. I have played several of the games and well i find them to be very repative and not alot of fun.:shock: I know i will most likely have to watch my 6 for flying guitars and raven guitar hero maniacs for saying this and i mean no disrespect to the fans of the game series. I am just trying to understand this gaming phenomona better.

I was playing secret agent clank last night and they have a guitar hero form of gameplay in this game and found myself saying what the heck is going on here. Ratchet and clank and guitar hero are like putting an elevator in an out house the point of this would be.....

so to all my gs friends who love the game can you please tell me what i am mising?

It has been said that that those who can't play guitar play guitar hero. I don't agree with this but from my point of view it is far better to blow your windows with real guitar licks than it is to pretend to.

As I write this i just came up with this thought that imatation is the sincerest form of flattery. So it may be that all guitar hero fans are paying their respects to the guitar gods of our time by playing guitar hero.

I find myself on this my second year annivesarry looking back and saying WOW! I have surprised myself in the fact that i thought i would be long gone by now never imagined that i would have lasted for 2 years as a meber of the gamespot community. I think that i have stayed for many reasons. The first reason is that i love video games and gs allows me to stay current on info about up coming games as well as reliving moments from my favorite games. The second reason i have stayed is i have made some really great friends here at gs and if i were to leave my life would not be the same. ( Not that i have been thinking about leaving because i have not) Lastly, i truely feel that i am a positive member of the gs community which is large and diverse which is the way it should be. You meet all kinds of people here and you even get some real cool friends if you are lucky.

It has been 2 years to the day and i have have left my noob statis behind and graduated to a season veteran of gamespot. Part of being a veteran to gamespot is learning ropes from those who have been here as long if not longer. I have really learned alot from friends and others such as strangers and even the moderation team. Mods are not as bad as some people think they are. One of the things i have leared is that every one can be a designer if they have the will to learn and the where with all to stick with it. i consider myself a decnet designer with potential. According to some in the design community i am a very talented designer with the ability to design from the heart.

All in all my second year at gamespot has been a really great one new found friends and a few new emblems to round out the profile which represents my 2 years of gs achievements. Like life things are changing almost daily in and out of the gs community i look forward as i close in on my third year as a member of gamespot to learing new things meeting new people and of course getting as many new emblems as i possibly can. these things are so darn addicting.

In closing, i am looking forward to making bonds of friendship stronger, new challenges to rise to, and find out new things about myself from my experiances with all of my gs friends and my real world life as well.

A very special thanks to all of my friends here at gs and you know who are for making my time with you so awesome. I look forward to new adventures with all of you. Bring on year 3!:D

I just submitted 8 new banners for the games without thread it would hae been more but i don't have my original banners due to the fact they are on pld hard drive. It has been a while since i have designed anything i feel a little rusty at it and i am sure it will all come back quick.

I have a new emblem ticket holder which is really awesome thanks to canana;) i'm looking forward to e3 and a few new emblems will be awesome

Lastly, i am working on a 2nd aniversity blog that is coming up for being here at gs for 2 years.

I just recieved my new computer and this thing spits blood and breaths fire. 2.6 processor, 20 gig worth of ram and and 60 gig of hardrive space and faster than grease lightining. My friend built me this beast and sold to me for his cost which is 950. I also have a 19 inch flatscreen moniter, cordless mouse nad keyboard and this is just awesome!!! I have to wait to get a copy of all of my photoshop files from the other hard drive and then the transformation will be complete. I have designs that need to be submtted for gamespace consideration. I guess i should have back these files up.

Looking to adopt a new bird still working out the details. The species of bird is a Moluccan Cockatoo like in this picture.

In other news the ggbu is undergoing lots of new changes. Banner specs will be different and a new emblem will be coming for designers who have had many banners accepted by gamespot the exact number is unknown at this time. The hunt will be on for this new emblem. Speaking of emblems E3 is coming and that means new emblems for our profiles for participating in all of the live events. My goal is to see all live events this year and get some very cool emblems.

It is good to be back i missed all of my gs friends and i look forward to be on gs again as long as private life permits.

A very short blog for today. I have not been able to use my computer since it takes me one half of an hour just to get on the internet. I have no spyware or viruses or anything like that. so my friend said he would build me a new computer because of the memory. To add more memory to the system would be about 450 bucks and he said the money would be better spent if i added the balance and build a super technology rocket. i will be on gs when i can get to a family members computer untill my new computer gets made. I'm sur i'll be missing out on stuff but hope to be back in full swing asap. Until next time......

My friends i have a tale to tell. When i came on gamespot today i opened my inbox of my pm's and found that i was modderated twice in the same day for violating the terms of servise. I know that modderators have a real bad reputation here at gamespot but i don't blame them for my mistakes, i blame myself for them. I believe that if a person makes a mistake a person should man up and own it. i have done this. I have been on gamespot for almost 2 years without being modderated, this is because i respect the tos and try really hard to honor them. Sadly, my mistakes were not intented on my part or intentional, instead my mistakes were one of unkowing stupidity rather than anything else. i feel bad about this because i do value the terms of servise and am truely and honestly sorry, unlike some people who say their sorry to hopefully get off the hook with the moderators.

A word to the gamespot mods you have a really hard job to do and not much support from the community especially when people get modderated. i want to thank you for bringing my mistakes to my attention because i can not fix it if i don't know it is broken. I also would like to thank you for not reducing my points or banning me from gs. I am confident that my question will be answered in ask the mods so i thank you in advance for your willingness to explain the specifics for me. i do appreciated all of your work. I will turn this into a learning experiance and I will take this to heart and am very serious about not making mistakes like this in the future.

In closing i would like to say that i hope this will be the only time that i get modderated because it is not a happy thing to have happen. i am only human after all and now i belong to the community of people who have been modderated. i am truely sorry that this has happened and i have no one to blame but myself. Mods are not the bad guys they are people who have rules they must adhere to and they are there to help see to it that gs remains a fun place to be.

I decided to change my profile up and went with a lord of the rings theme so i changed up my banner and blog image. Hot woman are fun to look at but i fresh look is not a bad thing.

The winners without banners have been announced and after a bit of technical difficulties with links and a little pm tag with folks i am very pleased to report that 6 of my designs were excepted. I had submitted 9 banners two went to the better design and on gamespace was already taken. That is the way the design world works. I am very honoered to have had 7 designs total be accepted. I am preparing for the next round of games with.

This was done by sugarland, little big town, and jake owen. The thing that makes this awesome is the harmonies and the fact that my girl jennifer nettles has an amazing voice and can sing anything.
