No way on earth. Besides, with a whole army of 360 and PS3 owners calling the Wii-mote "gimicky" and "for kids", why would "hardcore" gaming companies like Sony or MS fashion new controllers to imitate the Wii?

Either "hardcore" gamers admit that the Wii rocks, or what you're saying simply doesn't make any logical sense.

What you're saying is, "360 and PS3 will have the best, coolest stuff because....they're 360 and PS3, and all cool stuff is released on those platforms.. The Wii-mote sucks, but....we're gonna have one on the 360 anyways!"

XBOX 720 will have holograms.

PS4 will have blue-ray Holograms!

I go to the store and buy a game for my 360 , A guy asks me about Halo , I tell him I dont like it and he assumes automatically even though he's ringing my game for the 360 , that because I dont like Halo , I dont like MS. In all seriousness, I agree with the TC. MS might SAY that Halo 3 is the last in the series, but we won't see the end of Master Chief or the Covenant for the next 4 years (at least).

Devs will work harder, instead of porting their franchises to other consoles *cough*FFandAssassinsCreedonthe360*cough*. Yeah, they might lose money and they might not be able to sell their games on a poorly-marketed system, but HEY! That only will spur them to work HARDER! Yah for PS3!

Also, even IF you're right, you're talking about 8 - 10 months from now. PS3 needs reasons to sell NOW, not in almost a year...

Hate to say it, but MySims might be a huge hit. I wasn't too fond of the PC game, but it turned a LOT of non-gamers into gamers, and I know a lot of people who would buy the Wii just to play MySims.
