@Devils-DIVISION I Support some devs too who sees this as a business of two parts the gamers happy and the devs happy winning money. But other Devs that want to block used games and everything they want to do they cant have suppor for gamers that kind of devs wants 100% control and the gamers 0% control of the games they buy. There are 2 different kind of devs.

I dont like this news. Maybe is real that they are going to block used games and online DrMs and everything. I think is going to happen. Not good for me because this is the end of gaming for me. If they do this. I want to see the gaming industry crash. This are anticonsumer practices. All power to developers and Publishers and we gamers we are not going to enjoy our games freely.I cant beleive this is going to happen.

@user_pt Thats what gaming works you are not doing anything wrong. Gaming works like that since Atari. And now the Developers and Publishers wants to change the 20 years or more of that rules. The developers and publishers knows that games are a risky business since Before Atari. If they dont want to work on a risky business then what the hell are they doing working in the game industry.

Im one of them that are not going to buy a next gen, if they block used games or do microtransactions on all games and all crap like that. And i never buy used games, i always buy new games and yes i like physical copies and to play my games everytime i want without asking permission to greedy publisher developers etc. I still have my nes games, Sega cd Games, Super nintendo, Sega Saturn PS One, Dreamcast, ps2 games and it still works thats what physical copies are. Freedom and confidence that the games you purchase are going to work when you want to play them.

Thats great. Now I can say a lot of bad words to my xbox, when my xbox want to block my games, or my online conection shuts down, and i cant play anymore of my single player games. But well is going to be easier to put the activation codes of the games i buy just by reading it and saying it to my xbox.

@SiLenTWarrior29 This is a bad excuse just to let them do that. The gaming industry is a risky business since atari and then the nes. Some studios and developers and publishers succeed some not. Thats the gaming industry since the beggining if they dont like a risky business then why the hell the publishers and developers are working there in the first place. Thats how the gaming business is. And they want to change that with doing it free to play, Microtransactions and now block used games and stay connected online. With that kind of practices the gaming industry is going to die.

Im not buying the next gen xbox and ps4 if they block used games, and have to be connected online all the time to play my single player games. Thats stupid i cant beleive this is happening. I remember 10 years ago or 20 years ago when they announced new tech and new consoles i was excited. Now i dont care if they release the next gen consoles. The ones that are going to kill gaming, are not the pirates, are not gamestop and are not sony and microsoft. The ones that are going to kill gaming are the publishers and developers who think we are stupid enough to see this as the future and the way to go. Good luck with the video game industry.

@sammoth @Marcusraitor @unreal_master @Total_mischief If you take care of the discs the discs are going to be fine. I have my sega cd games just fine and they work very well. If a misile go to my house and my discs brake. Then youre right i lose all my games but that is not going to happen so my xbox 360 games with all my dlc bundles on physical copies are going to work just fine this 20 and 30 years or more.

If you take care of your discs youre games will be fine all the time.

@sammoth @Marcusraitor Yes because microsoft could be affected on these rules, but the ones that want to block used games and have online drms are the developers but with that less people are going to buy the next gen xbox so microsoft could suffer too.
