If you can only choose between those boards, the ud3p is the only board that can crossfire. Even though you can crossfire, it is limited to x8 in both slots when you have 2 cards in. If you're really interested in crossfiring, look into getting a x38 or x48 board.

Just do a search on google about removing it. There's more to it than just uninstalling the program.

I'd also recommend using Firefox instead of IE.

Is that trustworthy? I don't want to have another virus from trying to remove another virus... lol.

nintendog66

If you scroll down a little, it's just a guide how to remove the toolbar. You're only going to be removing files, not adding any, so it's safe. They do advise you to be careful messing with any files. I'm not sure about the downloadable auto-remove program. You might want to do some research on that site to see if they're trustworthy.

You should stress with prime95 for a few hours, atleast. There isn't a set time really, but I've actually gotten prime errors after 12 hours of stressing. Check out this guide for any help.

Ok, when you're using prime95 to stress, check out cpu-z to see the multiplier go to 9.

Yeah, it's ok, it'll go up to 3.0ghz when it needs it. Are you using orthos or prime95 to test the stability of your overclock?

You have speedstep enabled in the bios. It puts the cpu into a low power state when not being stressed. Go into advanced settings in your bios and disable c1e and eist.

You could probably cut back a little on the monitor, the gpu, and the psu. Do you need to get a 1920x1080 monitor? You could get a 1680x1050 22" for cheaper. Also, you might want to look into an HD4850 instead of the 9800gtx.

I'd recommend that psu over the one you selected. For that build, this one would be a lot cheaper, and would work just as fine.
