No Wolf, you are wrong. There is no such law here in the west forcing them out of the option of blocking their own content. That is just absurd. And secondly, I've lived in Europe and I know how their laws and regulations work. I don't need you to tell me. I'm thoroughly convinced that you do not know what you are talking about.

WolfGrey. That's not true. If Nintendo wanted to enforce something this just to enforce it, believe me, they would. There's stopping them from doing so here in America. Do you see them blocking content here? No. So Nintendo isn't "happily taking a shine" to blocking anything, especially when it comes to content they are trying to sell for their console. Like the article says; It's a German regulation. Period. Why you would twist the facts into anything else is pretty astonishing.

I'm really impressed with how well the Wii U version is compared to the other versions. I have this game for both the Wii U and the PS3 and I actually like the Wii U version alot better. But like previous comments say, the online community is very small at the moment. That's the only thing holding this game back. But I think over time the community will pick up.

@GamerOuTLaWz The Wii U Gamepad screen is far bigger than 2 inches. The screen displays full 1080p and the games look much better on it than you think. If you owned the system, you'd know this. It's not a worthless gimmick like you think. It's actually very useful because: 1) You don't have to deal with split-screens in games like COD (which is a PRICELESS feature) and 2) If someone wants the TV for any reason you can stream the Wii U straight to the Gamepad in full HD. Here we play both the PS3 and the Wii U on the same TV all the time and everyone is happy with it. And yes GameSpot, the graphics for COD on the Wii U smash the hell out of the PS3 version. We did our own comparison here and the differences are very obvious! I don't know where all the frame-rate complaints are coming from though. We haven't had any. Not a single hitch.

@MusclesJAM Didn't EA develop the game? So why are you blaming Nintendo and not them?

Personally, I think Miiverse is better than XBL. Yeah, the update was long and annoying, but once it's done and Nintendo Network is useable, You'll see that this is where the WII U really flourishes. The skeptics are clearly the ones who don't own the system.

So basically the short comings are: Small Internal Storage (8GB or 32 GB depending on the set you purchase), Slow loading Operating System (Between 12 to 14 seconds), and USB 2.0. That's it? That's all you guys could come up with? Because NONE of those issues are a big deal. The Wii U performs perfectly in all the other areas that actually matter.

The delay is only till next month. Nothing to fret about at all. I'm completely in love with the system as it is.
