PCMR + PSfam (vita-ps3-ps2-psp) + 3ds gamer here and hell no! I value game play and depth over graphics, and having food on my families table. I own enough systems and won't be buying another console that has the same games I can get on my PC / PS4 etc... If I had the money for that (and it didn't go to the house, the cars, the credit cards, utilites, the kids activites, food etc...) then I would be buying a new graphics card and a new hard drive. Hell I won't even get a Neo. Console refresh mid gen is dumb unless your hardware breaks.

Scorpion is a dumb move imo... reminds me of 32x and "new" 3ds.. Both things I avoided like the plague.

@Cloud_imperium: I agree with all you said. It was praised for graphics but really the gameplay mechanics of the suit with the emergent gameplay made it so special. Too bad the sequals, from what I heard (as I haven't played them) took a lot of that out and cut the levels down so the ps360 could handle them.

Really wish crytek stuck to pc gaming. It was one of the last pc exclusive fps. It sucks too as PC was where fps tech always advanced. We seen it from Wolf3d - > Quake -> Quake2 -> unreal -> Half-life -> Quake 3/UT99 - etc......

Miss pc only big budget games. They actually forced you to upgrade your gear. Now Gabe, where the hell is half-life 3? Stop letting your greed for gambling based multiplayer fps get the best of you.

Well now it maybe different in the UK... soon. They got out of the bloody EU and can make their own laws again. Self determination and national sovereignty are beautiful things. Now the poor people may have a chance to find work as they bring industry back.

@NathanDrakeSwag: Why not do what I did for my son. Got him an original model 3ds used for around $90. It was flawless condition and he has the 3d too. I would never go with that 2ds cheapo fisher price looking thing. PLus new 3ds is not worth it.

uggh.... I loved old school bioware baldurs gate, nwn, kotor, and Mass effect 1... their newer games take too much out from rpgs, and the new games inject politics/sj crap that gets pushed at as enough as it is. I miss when bioware was run by the two doctors - Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk.... not current era biow. Mass effect 1 was such an epic game, and offered so much more freedom and actual roleplaying with inventory management, more level up options and actual exploration. It played like an rpg, not a fps with fixed dialog options. Same thing with dragon age. DA origins was amazing.... 2 and inqusition nah... They need to go back to catering to rpg gamers and not casuals.
