@Senor_Kami BS I have an external HDD and the 360 doesn't allow you to store games, or market place content, on it at all over 16GB. Nothing I have seen about the X1 says you can use an external drive to store anything either or it too will have a cap. Unless you hack the 360 that is, and hope MS doesn't find out you'll get banned for that. You can use one for media like MP3 files, WMV, and pics, like streaming from your PC anyway, but no you can not store games or market place content (past the 16GB max).
@ltsJoeMama @Martyr77 Why pay for something you do not want to use? Besides how you think it may or may not spy on you, what if like me, you just don't like the thing. The Kinect 1 is a fracking piece of junk, why should I believe that the Kinect 2 will work like they say at all? If even Ryse, that was designed for the Kinect, can't get it to work and had to switch to QTE filled controller use, then I have real doubts about the Kinect working like they say. They did promise the Kinect 1 would work great too.
@Senor_Kami @Sandpark Because you can install any size HDD, from any third party, into the PS4 that you want to, your stuck with the MS HDD it ships with.
@anvilone All those files are very small however, what about data caps? Some of these Blu-ray games can be up to 50GB that will put many people over the caps with only one game download. Unless they remove data caps many people would not be able to download games like the other products. Either they are going to have to find a way to reduce the file sizes or somehow get the internet providers to drop data caps altogether for this to work as a real option to physical media.
