That only made it better. :D Actually, with his hair, style, and speech, he's a character I think could be considered gay without using it in an insulting matter. I was actually surprised his voice wasn't hammed up more in Dissidia. I also had no idea Zidane was pronounced like this.

Speed typing, I wont take the grammar police remark personally :P Angst... I dont even see how the main characters even fall under that category, unless theyre refering to say when Cloud finds out Sephiroth is alive and starts going obsessive with it out of nowhere? pretty much all main leads are like that in any genre... exception in my opinion is WRPG's where you can be half way through the game and still just be trying to make a name for yourself and not Identify yourself with a certain villan.Birdy09

One thing I'll say, while I'm not too terribly fond of FF characters or stories (and I think Square often tries too hard to make us feel emotional about either), discussion about them provides proof that the word "emo" has become an overused cliche that's all but lost its meaning.

Cloud - Arrogant, Angst, Confused ... whats wrong with that? you want happy funny clowns as your mains in a "wore torn world" I think you'd be abit more like that if your town was destroyed your memories **** up and a man on the loose who killed them all is still trying to end the world.I mean jesus he should of been all happy happy right?

I think part of the problem here is the "angst." I don't ever hear that word used in any positive light when it's used to describe somebody. Also arrogant. While arrogance can be fine, it's still not an endearing trait, especially when you pair it with angst.

And, btw, not trying to pick on you, but, it's WAR-torn world, not "wore."
