As it stands the 8800 GT is a amazing piece of hardware.. From the benchmarks alone I would be bold enough to say, its one of the best video cards ever made in comparative to all the gens.. $230 and it almost rivals the GTX, a card more then 2x the cost.sSubZerOo

Uncharted looks better than GOW on the 360, but its newer and on the ps3 , but the pc version will look better, but only on a high end computer you have to admit the gapp between pc and console is closing, consoles will never be par with the pc in terms of graphics and physics. But now it seems the only way to have a pc game look better tyhan the console version is to have an expensive high end one.

at least on this gen thats truth, but the pc is about to make another leap in terms of graphics and technology, we just need to see on how much better Dx10 can make a game, i dont think crysis is the limit

im pretty sure I read someplace nVidia has already sold 14 or 15 million 8800 series cards. Or maybe it was 8000 series so maybe 5-6 million of them would be 8800's. I'm interested to find out the real numbers though.

it probably will considering basically everything else is outselling the PS3 except for fruitcakes, but that might change since it is the holidays.
