@fanboysaretrash: I think anyone concerned with value wouldn't bother with multiplatform games on consoles anymore. And at this point, even the good exclusives don't feel like a reason to bother with this console gen. The same way I ask "Why should I bother with Xbox when I can play it on PC?", I also have to ask, "Why should I rush out to buy a PS4 when I'm sure there will be remasters of everything on PS5 or PS6 if my kids beg me for one of those in a few years? "
@biggamerdude: He was implying that it will get cancelled when Vivendi takes over. I think that Vivendi might do that, but will more likely rush it and force them to release it incomplete.
@d_e_e_p: If it gets removed from the service, I doubt you'll be able to play it even if it is still downloaded. So what you are asking is extremely unlikely.
@dockgamer36: true, but the populations are slowly starting to even out I think. While most parents won't buy a gaming rig for a kid, it's not too hard of a sell to add a good graphics card to the family's PC (which they were getting to share either way) for a few hundred more dollars. Add in the number of gamers who are now dads, and who share their own capable gaming rig with their children.
@Barighm: Yeah, stop blaming Bungie. Nobody had even heard of this Acti-version or whatever they are called before Destiny was made, so Bungie would clearly have no idea what to expect from them.
