@faizanhd Because every low life person with low self esteem thinks that his opinion should matter and the internet is the best place to do it because nobody knows who you are, thus you can say anything you like and feel better about yourself leaving a smug comment like you are the boss.
On the other side reviews need to be written in a two part manner, first part needs to be free of personal opinion and focused at a check list regarding the game genre and if it achieves its target, the other part can be the personal opinion of the reviewer where he can say anything to fit his tastes. Only a particularly strong individual can push a single part review and not get rained with foul drizzle, for anyone else game review websites need to learn that mixing personal with professional is not a winning strategy and that is just gives excuses for trolls who exploit any open loophole.
This is either a very honorable company, or a really clever marketing trick, by purposely leaking the code. Things like these make people trust a brand more, which is worth more than anything else. If your brand is supported by the public it doesn't matter if you make money or not. If you are EA ... well everybody hates you, but since it is EA they remain richer than rich.

@frozenux Well sorry, I didn't have a punch line for such a lame topic as to who wears the pants in games. BAM! Seriously tho I'd have no problem playing any gender as long as the game is good and the narrative is good. However i do like playing a fem, they usually look better.

Wrong, wrong and wrong. If you made/choce/are given a fem character to play you would be generally thinking how cool she is and how blessed you are. Reason is 80% of the games you have to look at a guy 's ugly rear, that mostly likely is has a forest growing, so when we actually get a fem we get to enjoy that.
I know it sounds like a really bad and awkward statement, but the alternative is no fem character at all. So make up your mind.
Well, this was a nice way to start the day. However I must say that Lara has gone on the path of Hero to Zero. This last game hardly is an adventure game anymore, its more of a survival horror. Lets put it this way, the cool strong Lara that never wanted a single man her life, trying to find her parents, clinging to family values to do what is right and toying with evil men has been reduced to a weeping child. The Lara that kills T-Rex, Burning Centaurs, Demons from the underworld, and hordes of trained heavy armored hit men has been reduced to a hostage 12 year old. I know that you all want your stupid realism in games but this just destroys all good qualities of a ''game'' What happened to to fun ? This game just screams "I want an Oscar". Games are made for people to escape from the horrible reality we live in, not to make us relive our darkest moments.
Yes previous games took notice in Lara having a big chest, so what ? They at least were actual adventure games. This transformation is just bad... everything that has been said or even remotely done by this character has been smashed to the ground. I know one thing ,Lara was more a woman in the past games, not because of her visuals but because of her persona. Young adventurous woman, living a rich life not caring about men, making and carving her own path into history. The new story doesn't represent anything at all other than "boo hoo, look what happens when you go adventuring you stupid woman", to which I feel a bitter sadness. True the intellectual property of Lara Croft does not belong to the fans, but the author has no right to crush such a strong persona so much.
Also every man and woman should be ashamed for using Lara to further their deluded moral goals to become someone important in society. Men will all ways be chauvinistic pigs and women will always take advantage by any means to get what they want. I'm out of coffee so I'll stop here.
