God, I hate Splitscreeners...They always hold hands and camp together and ive never seen good ones either wether its because they hears sound from all screens or because whatever the hell their all doing together in the same room. I go out with my friends to sports bars and clubs for funbut I do have a dif account for splitscreening so as not to mess up my stats for when money is tight.

I think with a simple Graphic update itd be a great game...to this day theres very little games that I dont beat and platinum in a week...But FF7 took awhile...at least if you did EVERYTHING...I think It would sell very well but Idk if it would mess up the original games integrity...I think if they tried to dumb it down like they do with almost all games today it def would.

Sony.

Seriously..how much of a fanboy do you have to be to say Microsoft?

"I'd rather have my identity stolen than have a defective console which will be fixed at no charge"

K0NEY

Yea if there was actuallyproof that the stolen info was actually used in some way...last i checked the people that took it just had a bunch of encrypted info they couldnt use or sell...therefore it would beMS for me

[QUOTE="2_Quiet_2_Riot"]

[QUOTE="Phazevariance"] Consistencey is the reason they fell to last place. Glad you can't stress that word enough, because the industry has changed since the PS1 days... and sony being in last place proves that they haven't changed with the times enough. :P

KevinnButlerNPK

Consistancy has NOTHING to do with change or being in last place. I'm referring to Sony's ability to maintain a strong partnership with developers since the PS1 days. This is where they remain consistant for 17 years. PS3 is in third place (in NA only, something Lems tend to deny) for 1 reason:

  1. Overprice Hardware at launch

Currently, the gap is small between 360 and PS3 sales, globally.

Um, no PS3 is in 3rd place worldwide if you go by total hardware sales. I love how people try to continue to spin reality.

I wonder how many of the 360 hardware sales were because of people buying their 2nd(or 3rd,5th,11th,) because of RROD?

come back when the ps3 actually surpasses the 360 in games released, high scoring games, total systems sold, and software sales totals and monthly software sales then we can talk...till then seems like Sony is the one stuck in the past taking up to 3 years just to catch up by half.

Warriorboy1990

Yet Microsoft is making more monies then Sony in the video game market. Nice developer line up for Sony though, still have to play thru my PS3 backlog....=( (This why I hate having multi-systems, YOU GET BACKLOGS EVERYWHERE LOL)ShadowDeathX
Ah crap, I forgot this is System Wars, no one cares about exclusive games, they care about sales more.

Which is sad because were gamers and some ppl are happy their system is making more money instead of providing them quality exclusivegames. To me thats why my xbox is my dvd player now.

If those services are good then yes.
*xbox live more secure, better intergreated, more games...etc..etc then psn*

daledoback

XBL is not more secure, there had been hack also on 360,and hackers and cheaters pretty much since 2006,while sony has only recently had this huge problem, there where cheats on PS3 as well, but on 360 there had been for quite longer. And you know that if hackers actually wanted to hit MS like they did with sony they would have bring live down as well,we all know how easy to exploit anything related to windows is. More integrated sure but that integration is not worth $60 dollars a year, nor is cross game chat, paying for online is not worth it i would say the same about sony if the charge next gen,you already pay,for the games, your connection and your console a pretty penny. In the 360 case you are paying to be allowed to connect to other people, with your own internet connection and your own console.

Nice try but no. There have not been any hacks on the Xbox Live network where peoples personal information has been compromised. And if you are referring to phising attempts where idiots were giving out there user name and passwords for "free" Microsoft points then you clearly don't understand the definition of hacking.

Microsof pissed ALOT of people off when they banned modded Xbox 360s from Live. Yet, no personal data was compromised from unwanted intrusions on their network. So, going around saying it's not more secure with no proof what so ever is showing of true colors.

The narrow minded argument that "you are paying to play" is not even valid anymore. You are paying for faster feature development, security, content, apps, etc. How is cross game chat coming on PSN? I remember in 2008 that was supposed to be implemented. Must have been put on the back burner for the massively successful Home that people wanted so much

If It was 360 that pissed off the hackers they'd be in the same boat. If they wanted to hack it they would. If the pentagon and SS# websitecan be hacked I doubt that the 360 would take more then a day. Also the 360 did go offline for 2 weeks and it has been hacked in many different way like the free MS point hack just last month. As for the Info that was stolen it was encrypted and no ones CC was exposed so thats not even an arguement. Thats like if a mugger only took your wallet but gave you back all your stuff in it, yea he has your wallet but..who cares?

I'll be honest, I'm a Nintendo gamer and I love playing the Wii. It's just a blast for me, and I enjoy playing online too in games such as Black Ops, and Mario Kart. However, I just won an Xbox 360 with Kinect at my senior prom. I have two options: unpack the system and enjoy it, or sell it and stick with just playing the Wii. The only reason why I don't want to unpack it is because I know that if I want to truly enjoy it, I'm going to have to pay to play online. Is it worth it if I'm already playing online with the Wii?

drummerdave9099

Worth it? No, but if you want better online then the Wii try trading the unopened 360 for a PS3 with some games and it will also be freeor if money's not a problem just do the XBL
