R.Kelly: Thank God It's Friday

[video=KyRmn2f95b4Jvz_Y]

Man, the music is just, well...... Hey, it's the sentiment that's relevant. Right? The weekend is here! I would love to engage in some multiplayer gaming. "Sigh"

Heroes

1: Shoot Peter in heart.

2: Remove Peter from city.

3: Remove bullet.

------------ SPOILER ALERT ------------

Someone even darker and more terrifying than Sylar? Who or what can it be?

"He can see me."

A Lesson Learned

When installing a new exhaust system on a vehicle, make note of the small gasket hiding within the deep recesses of the packaging, before you finish the installation. Not afterwards.

It now sounds like my truck is on the cam and while I do love the sound, I'm not going to risk carbon monoxide poisoning. I'll fix it tomorrow.

Oops!

When presented with large, heavy objects, I can deftly manipulate them with a great deal of precision. The same thing cannot be said about small, delicate items.

The instructions that came with my 360's cardboard coffin, asked that I remove the faceplate before sending it off for service. While doing so, I broke it. I'm a bit of a Homer. "Doh!"

My Son and the Moon.

I often dream about my family. More often than not, the dreams revolve around the passing of my wife and son. Last night my dreams allowed me to relive a much happier memory.

My wife, my son and I were driving home from a 4th of July celebration. I asked my son to keep a close eye on the moon. Just as my father had done many years before, I told Dean that I could make the moon follow us all of the way home. As we drove along my son watched and was amazed as the moon appeared to follow us on our journey home and just as I had done many years before, he asked... "Daddy, how did you do that!?!"

Many times, my dreams about my family leave me feeling a bit broken and empty but I awoke from last nights dream feeling rested and peaceful.

Dude, I'm so not gellin.

My feet have been bothering me. My Dogs, have been barking. Yesterday I picked up a pair of Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Insoles.

I placed them in my boots this morning and for about an hour, it was heavenly. I'm easy to please. It was not long though, before my feet started to feel very, very warm. Hot sand at the beach, warm. Oh my god, my feet are on fire, warm.

The insoles are now in the back of my truck. I may find some use for them but they won't find their way back into my boots. I'm so not gellin.

My 360 died. Again.

I turned my 360 on this morning, for a quick game of virtual pinball, before leaving for work. I unlocked an achievement and then, it died.

A brief, piercing screech emanated from my television's speakers, the image froze and it appeared as if a transparent checkerboard had been placed over the entire screen. I rebooted the system and found the dreaded ring of red had replaced my cheerful green. Ringu! This is the second time my 360 has expired.

The first time it happened, I was crushed. This time, the words "Bite me." describe how I feel. I've just gotten home from work and I have yet to contact customer service. I hope that it is in some way, shape or form, still under warranty. Although, a black 360 would be nice.

More on this later.
