That is such bullshit. Used Games Sales obviously do not effect any publisher/developer if they are making Millions of dollars from week one game sales alone.

They are trying to fight a battle they will lose. You want to block used games? Good luck finding game stores that will sell that piece of shit system then. Walmart will probably sell it....but even then, Some of gamers who come from a not so rich background or gamers in general who don't have 60-70 dollars to drop on brand new game and cant buy the game used wont buy that system.

You want money from used game sales? Tell Gamestop to give you a small slice from those profits, about 10% seems fair enough and if they dont, tell them you wont be shipping anymore games to them then.

Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft and companies like EA and Activision need us to survive, its not the other way around.

@i_like_toast and piracy doesn't effect game sales, If piracy actually effected game sales, then Diablo 3 wouldn't have sold 6.3 million copies in one week, and that game was on torrent websites by the end of the week, with an offline patch made by the uploaders along with just using private serves from the right people who are not shady.
