@bloodbornelore: I don't read the comics, so idk the details, but this kind of stuff happens a lot. It's just another of hundreds of different stories. The comics tend to play loose with things like mythology. Hercules and Zeus are part of Marvel too. Thor has even fought Hercules
@justthetip: So...Thor: Ragnarok, Captain America: Civil War, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Black Panther were the same? That's funny, because I remember them being pretty vastly different films.
@shogunswitcher: The MCU didn't do this, Marvel did, and they did it decades ago. So did DC, who also adapted mythological figures into comic book characters. The MCU is just adapting these characters into their films. Also consider, the worship of these mythological figures died down a long time ago. There may be some who still worship these figures, but the majority of the world does not, unlike, say, Muhammed and Allah (who is really just God anyway).
Vin talking like Johnson was a hanger on for this franchise. He was the best thing to happen to it, all the movies he was in as part of the franchise were the best ones, and his absence from 9 is noticable. The Hobbs and Shaw movie is better than 9. Johnson has become a bigger star than Vin and he should stop talking about this feud like he's somehow the bigger man.
I look forward to one day playing this when I am able to get myself a PS5. Have never really delved much into these games, but I enjoyed the first one and this looks fun.
