Japan is getting a blue PS3 with Gran Turismo 5 bundle and it turns out a similar bundle is headed to Europe on November 5 — sans all of that flare. Amazon UK outed the 320 GB black PS3 bundle, which comes with the Collector's Edition of Gran Turismo 5 for a hefty £284.99 ($450). It may seem a bit too pricey, but the bundle is actually a £44.99 savings on what it would cost to purchase the console and game separately, if that's any consolation to your bank account.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops teaser site gknova6.com, which previously put us through a lot of puzzling for no real payoff, is much less cryptic these days. Where there used to be a tiny television set playing coded audio messages, there now are eight big screens displaying footage of zombies in military uniforms, on repeat.
Even if the Nazi Zombies content in Black Ops hadn't been revealed yesterday, we don't think we would have had much trouble figuring this one out. Unless … the number and position of the zombies in the footage is itself some kind of code.
Actually, we don't even want to joke about that. There are Nazi zombies in Black Ops — the end.
Hey, you EU folks may not have Netflix over there, but you've got the next best thing: Sky Player. Eurogamer reports that Kinect voice commands — one of the most lauded pieces of functionality in the upcoming Microsoft peripheral — are coming to the Sky Player streaming service. Even better, the two will play nice right at Kinect launch in Europe, on November 10.
According to Eurogamer, users will be able to use voice commands to pause, rewind, fast-forward, play and stop, much like the integration detailed back during E3, though there's currently no official word from Sky Player. We're currently reaching out and will let you know what we hear back.

This week's Left 4 Dead 2 mutation introduces a game mode so clever, we're surprised Valve hadn't thought of it yet — or have they? Yes, players will temporarily be able to re-experience the magic of Survival Versus, in which one team of four survivors lasts as long as it can on a chosen Survival map, and then the next team tries to beat their time. The competing teams go back and forth in this manner until one team fails to surpass the other's lifespan.
It sounds like a pretty hectic addition to an already hectic game type. Give it a try this week only if you think you can handle all the hect … hecticnicity?
Epic games has released a new gameplay footage of its upcoming fps, Bulletstorm, due Feb 22, 2011 for the Xbox 360, PC and PS3.
This new Medal of Honor gameplay trailer shows a new multiplayer game-mode called…tadaaa…Objective Raid. In Objective Raid, insurgents have to sabotage two objectives, while the US forces must defend them. The action in this Medal of Honor gameplay trailer takes place on the Kandahar Marketplace map.

Electronic Arts has released a new video for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, a new title in the works at Criterion Games which allows you to experience the thrill of the chase and the rush of the escape as you play through full careers as both a cop and a racer – solo or connected. The high speed busts and heart-stopping getaways are all connected via Need for Speed Autolog, a network that not only connects friends for head-to head pursuits and races, but also enables players to compare performances and stats, thereby setting the stage for the ultimate in social competition. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit will be available on November 16, 2010 in North America and on November 18 and 19, 2010 in Europe, for PC, Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii.
Remedy Entertainment has confirmed that Alan Wake DLC pack 'The Writer' will be available next month.
According to a promo video hosted on GameTrailers, the new content will be released on October 12 to coincide with Halloween.
'The Writer' is the second add-on for the Xbox 360-exclusive, following 'The Signal', which arrived in July. Remedy previously indicated that 'The Writer' will be the final expansion for the game.
Issued via Xbox Live, the pack will cost 560 Microsoft Points.
