@cfscorpio: They might, and that would be good, but we haven't seen a lot of devs do that yet. My only point is that if the improved framerates on multi-plats are the selling point, then wait till you see how devs handle it.

@cfscorpio: The question is whether those multi-platform games will have better fidelity AND framerates. I suspect most of those games won't hit 4K at 60, so the question becomes which gets compromised. If most devs compromise the the framerate to hit NATIVE 4K!!!!, then I don't see it being worth it.

@vxxjordanxxv: I'm a PC gamer and that's just silly. PCs have their advantages, but consoles do to and which is best for you obviously depends on what you want. If all you is to play Zelda and Mario, it would be stupid to build a gaming PC. If what you want things to be as hassle free as possible, then again, console is the way to go. That's not to say there aren't even more use cases for which a gaming PC makes a ton of sense. But to say PC > Consoles as though there's some universal standard is silly. They serve different needs and fanboying for one is no better than fanboying for the other.

Hmm, I bet this won't devolve into fanboy wars. And I especially bet no one will act like they no way more than they do about how PCs and consoles work.

@sakaixx: I doubt it. These aren't really remasters; they're just late ports. The stuff about "Unlocked resolutions! Unlocked FPS!" is just the bare minimum for releasing a game on PC. I'm not bashing them, I'm just saying that this is basically the game PC players would have gotten if it had released back when the console version released. So, if anything, I'd expect a straight port to current consoles, not a remaster. But they haven't said anything to suggest that.

@Barighm: If people beg to buy your product at the MSRP, and you can let them, then it doesn't make sense not to let them. It's basically free money.

@Barighm: It must be nice to not be drowning in games to play.
