@p1p3dream: It actually won't affect saving and load much if at all. However, you can improve save and load times by replacing your PS4 HDD with an SSD.
@runstalker: "Because they hadn't yet found the 'sweet spot' for the unlocked clock frequencies relative to system temps and stability, and hadn't added OS entries to support it?"
That doesn't make sense. The system temps go up as the system is pushed to it's limits, but games with Pro patches were doing that already. There's no reason that utilizing the full power of the Pro on evil within would push temps higher than utilizing full power would on Uncharted 4.
@p1p3dream: Beast mode? It's not going to increase the *fps cap,* it's just going to help inconsistent games hit it more often. If your game is already running at a locked 30 or 60, you won't notice any difference.
@Saxondale: Boost mode isn't going to unlock framerates. It will help prevent drops from games that couldn't hold a steady framerate whether 30 or 60, but the lock on framerates has to be removed by the devs. (Otherwise PC gamers would never have to gripe about games being locked to 30 or 60 fps. Nvidia or AMD would just release a one-size-fits-all patch.)
@Henry518: Everything else was superior? No way. The quests, story, amount and significance of choices were worse also-especially when compared to fnv. The dialogue played into that a little, but you can have significant moral choices even when the options are just yes and no. The dumbed down perks system sucked-again, especially in comparison to fnv.
I don't hate fallout 4, and I think it's probably better than fallout 3, but it has its fair share of flaws
