I don't know who Data Design Interactive are, but they remind me of Data East.

I can see this thread being locked, unfortunately, but i'd love for Conduit 2 to do well. I suspect Black Ops will recieve similar praise to its 360/PS3 counter-parts, whether thats good or not we'll have to see. As for Goldeneye, I hope it does well too, but I suspect it will be, critically, the least well recieved of the 3. Thats my prediction.

[QUOTE="Raiko101"]

I doubt they'll do the retro games again now that the VC exists. For sure they're not really making much use of it at the minute, but why give away old games for free when you can instead charge people for it? Anyways, i'm hoping this game is quite a different experience from Wild World. I have no intentions of buying this game if its going to turn out to be a slight improvement. I need some new features! More activities. More places of interest. More multiplayer options. More items, etc... More residents. Things i'd like to see implemented...

* A vegatable patch next to your house that allows you to grow, trade and sell vegetables, much like fruit.
* Numerous types of materials (wood, metal, etc...) that can be found washed up on the beach, dug up out of the ground or shaken from trees and taken to a special character who could then build special items or pieces of furniture. Perhaps the character in question could like in a cave next to a waterfall or something.
* Being hired by Tom Nook to build new houses for incoming residents.
* Interactive furniture like Pool Tables, Table Tennis, Computers, etc...
* Minigames inside the cafe/Roost, including a pool table and an arcade machine.
* Upgraded housing for animals who remain in your town for a long time.
* Outdoor activities that vary from season to season. Maybe a mini football/soccer pitch or a vollyball court at the beach. Perhaps even a homemade ice rink to cover a frozen lake in winter.

Is there any news on VC on the 3DS?

Not that i'm aware of, but i'm sure an announcement will be made soon. Even if there were no such thing in place for the 3DS, I don't see them giving away such games for free, unfortunately.

If Conduit 2 were to get good reviews, compared to Goldeneye and Black Ops, i'm sure many people who said they weren't going to buy it, will actually buy it.

Yeah, I bought the original when it first came out. I'm still holding on to it now. I don't bother with upgrades, they're only there to entice new customers.

You say that as if Conduit is Sega's creation. Anyways, you can't judge the quality of one game on another. Even if they're made by the very same company. Clearly a lot of time and money has gone into the Conduit project. More so than any other High Voltage game. We should really be waiting on some more up-to-date previews and reviews before we start passing comments.

Yeah, it sucks that it isn't online. That would be the best reason to buy this game. I also feel it should have been on Wiiware. The originals weren't exactly the most complex of games.

I don't know if it has already been mentioned, but the PS3/360 versions of NBA Jam are only a 'small portion' of the full game, apparently.
