@Vodoo I don't think they would tweak it if it made no difference. I don't see them doing it just to "look better on paper". I've read detailed discussions on reddit concerning the comparisons between the cpu's and other computer geek stuff I don't pretend to understand, but it's interesting. I believe the Xbox One is going to perform exceptionally well and I'm looking forward to owning one.

Enough with the speculation. It's damn near September. Just announce the date already, Microsoft.

@GermanBomber Recent article where they stated there is no chance of Xbox not being bundled with Kinect. They are pretty firm on that particular point so don't expect to see it change for a very long time. And price drop, I kinda doubt it.

Opening statement is misleading. Makes it sound like they'll announce games never before mentioned. I think what's intended is that they'll have hands on game play for games they haven't let gamers try yet. At least that's how I interpret it. What I really want is a release date for the console.

@beavisj @nomadski69 True. I've even heard celebrities talk about the irony. Of course, in their case, it's because the companies giving those products want the celebrity endorsements, so even if it's unofficial, to see an A list celebrity drinking a certain brand of coffee or wearing a particular shoe is good for business.

Same in this case for Gamestop managers. I guarantee you GS isn't footing the bill. Sony knows that GS is still a huge destination for all things gaming and if they can win over the head of each store, then that can be huge for them.

As excited as I am about dedicated servers, it's kinda scary knowing that even Microsoft and the 3rd party developers, like Activision, aren't sure how smooth it will all run at first. They admit there will be a learning curve and I know it'll pan out eventually, but it will really suck if I have immediate issues trying to play multiplayer in CoD on XB1. Hope that doesn't happen.

I saw elements of Tomb Raider in this game...marked boarded up doorways you can break down, running on rooftops, etc. Tired of zombie games, but the graphics in this game look far better than what I saw of the campaign for CoD: Ghosts. If I were to choose a zombiepocalypse game, I think I'd go with this one over Dead Rising 3.

I'm honestly just over zombie games, movies, etc. Give it a rest.
