Transportation issue solved...

While Tofu-lion's suggestion of "a very big cannon" was great, we decided that a plane would be better. That's right...my long distance relationship will become a short distance relationship in 13 days when she flies down to stay with me for a week :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

A blast from the past.

I was hanging out at my good friend Joe's house the other day, we had nothing to do, so I picked up his old acoustic guitar and started playing the intro to Streetlight Manifesto's "A Better Place, A Better Time" Joe looked at me and started laughing "Let me see that guitar" he said It turns out that the bass intro to that song is almost exactly the same as our elementary school's song :P I have no idea how joe remembered that song, but now we're gonna try to record a punk version of it  Totally unrelated question time: Does anyone know an easy way to transport a person 1007 miles south? :P

This thing is dangerous...

Two people nearly got concussions yesterday on our waterslide  ...and we're still trying to figure out ways to make it more extreme :P In other news, one of my all time favorite bands, Less Than Jake, recently put one of the songs from their upcoming album on their website: http://www.lessthanjake.com/home/ After their rather disappointing 2006 release "In With The Out Crowd" they seem to be back in full force this time. :D I have to sit through my sister's graduation tomorrow night...over a thousand people's names will be read as they walk across the stage at UCF's new arena...Something tells me we're not getting out of there until well after midnight  and finally, It seems I'm in a long distance relationship...GO ME!!! 8)

a scuffle at the local walmart

Me and a few friends were walking into walmart last night to get something to drink. As we walked through the entrance, we see a young girl (probably about 15, or 16 years old) walking quickly toward the door with a guy following her. The guy catches up to her, grabs her, and slams her against a vending machine. We were about to jump in and stop him...until we saw him whip out a pair of hand cuffs. It turns out, he was undercover security, and she was stealing a purse full of stuff from the store  On a completely unrelated note, I recently started listening to The Living End. An awesome band that's apparently quite famous in their native Australia. I highly recommend checking them out :)
