I definitely believe Bethesda Game Studios will announce their next game (probably Starfield) at E3 and release it in November.

2006 Oblivion, 2008 Fallout 3, 2011 Skyrim, 2015 Fallout 4 so that's 2 years, 3 years and then 4 years between game releases. I'm going with a 3 year wait because they now have another BGS studio in Montreal, they also have some pretty tidy developers in Machinegames, Id and Arkane Studios as support.

This will almost be completed when Fallout 6 is here and everyone laughs at it. New Vegas was quite easily the worst game in the series in every department, not sure why they'd bother.
