speaking of psn games does anyone know how much ps store is selling Skullgirls for? considering getting it..

Because it doesn't need such worthless gimmicks. It's a kick-ass exclusive online multiplayer game, that's good enough.

adogg3341- zangief??? :shock: wow! lol that is definately a first my friend, don't get me wrong he was one of my mains as well back in the MvC1 days but those were entirely different syle fighting games.. never once heard of anyone using him in the regular sf games, in fact i can honestly say i've never once seen someone pick him in a real competetive battle, not saying it can't be done but against most ryu and kens that i've seen you'd definately have your work cut out for ya..

So my boss is selling a 1st gen ps3 (the ones that are backwards compatible with ps2 games) and I asked him how much he wanted for it, cause i've always wanted a 1st gen ps3. He told me not to bother because they're more prone to YLOD. Is this true?

took my copy back the next day i bought it after over 20 freeze ups in the first day of playing... not getting the game again till i get a 360.

why does everyone claim its the old fat models that get the ylod? i've had 2 friends so far with slim models who've gotten it within the first year, checked online to find they recalled a lot of the slim's cause of this issue, i think you'll are sadly mistaken.. its the slim ps3's which are prone to this problem, all my friends with old fat 80 gigs have yet to have it happen, mine is well over 5 years old, got it when they first released, not one single issue yet say for the occasional freeze if i play for too many hours at a time and even thats rare..

Just really sick of shootem games because they suck and the gameplay is very shallow. Almost all of them suck, especially the Call of Duty style ones, since the campaigns are super linear and like 2 hours long and not given any thought into them and they're just throw away games. Not just talking about FPS, but TPS as well.

Very very sick of the Call of Duty casualization of the modern video game industry. Sick of new gamer 8 year olds who think all games suck aside from CoD style shooters. I'm very sick of those kinds of kids ruining the video game industry and games these days suck so bad and are casualized mainstream watered down garbage. Sick of all these clones, these poor excuses of games, bogging down the video game industry with their lame shallow experiences.

Want a real shooter with actual depth and exploration? Metroid Prime. That is how FPS should be done, but NOOOOOOooo, shooters have to be dumbed down for dumb people and they all have to be super shallow and simple like CoD. Generic shootie after generic shootey.
